Room was basic but had all we needed. The staff could be friendlier but, all in all, a great place to stay in Whistler. We stay there regularly and are pleased with the hotel and its facilities. Reasonable value.

well located but dated Very convenient to all facilities but this is an older building and the decor is old and not in the best of shape . House keeping is a bit careless and there were some maintenance problems

Great stay, staff were helpful, rooms were comfortable with a lot of space. Overall, delighted with the stay and will definitely stay here again. Only issue was the fact that there was coffee/tea provided but no milk portions which is a bit strange.

If you want the Chateau, pay the dough. if you want clean, comfy accommodations this hotel provides good value. Extending parking privileges after check out is very convenient for people wanting to get some skiing in before heading home.

We were there in summer 2015. Booked a room for CAD$140 a night. Room is spacious. Bed is folded up on the wall so upon check in we have to pull the bed down. Not a biggie and room is still big when bed is pulled down. Attached the 2 pictures. There is a long sofa in the room so... More

When my brother and I arrived at 11am on the 30th Dec we were not greeted in a way two people who left home 24 hours earlier should be treated. We were not offered a hot drink or given any tips on where to go for lunch. We were just told that we were to early to check in but... More

My family had a great time this Christmas. We usually stayed up by the Blackcomb ski-in-ski-out places. This year we wanted to be closer to the village and Whistler Village Inn + Suites turned out to be an excellent choice. We will be back again next year I am sure.

Fantastic location! 2 min walk to the gondolas that take you up to the mountains. Friendly service, but the hotel is a bit run down and beds not that comfortable. The small kitchenette in the room works well though and saves you some money if you want to cook your own food. Whistler village is great though, a great outdoor... More

Studio suite with hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable and walls are very thin. We would not recommend this hotwl to family or friends, nor would we stay here again. Stay in Squamish or Pemberton if this is the only room available.

I was disappointed to see old room with old furniture, old mattresses. I was expecting 4-5 star property for the top money I paid. The location was great and we enjoyed the ski and the near by restaurants
