While the main building looks new and beautiful, and I expect the rooms would be similar to the photos on their website, we were placed in a secondary "older" building. The rooms were dated, and in need of repairs. It was not what was expected.

It is expensive, however, it is literally right in the middle of the village. Absolutely no need for cabs anywhere. Just pick a room on opposite side of the bar (sometimes you can hear people, but that's not anything new in tourist areas). Place is ALWAYS left impeccably clean. Pull out bed from wall, not the comfiest bed, bed upstairs... More

Decent 2 day stay for family of six in a Superior Loft 2 Queen. Fit and exceeded our needs with a small kitchen and refrigerator. Accommodations were a little dated but not uncomfortable. Centrally located with close proximity to Gondolas at the Village. Would consider staying here again in the future.

My daughter and I stayed here for only 2 nights in middle of January 2015. For what we needed, it was fine by us. We were just there to sleep as there is too much to do in Whistler to be in your room all day. Nice size room, cooking facilities in the room as well. The bed was one... More

We couldn't find a room in Whistler over a long weekend and found this place online at the last minute. It was nice, but be warned, the pullout was two twin sized beds, not one attached bed! I felt like I was at camp.

we stayed at the wistler village in with the entire family. Fantastic location, only a stone throw from the lifts. comfortable, warm rooms with nice amenities. like a home away from home, but still a nice hotel feel to it too. Great rate as well!

Great location. Worked perfectly as we were able to cook and have room to spread out with two kids. The room was getting a bit dated and had an off, musty smell on initial entry but you didn't notice it after a minute or so.

This hotel has two buildings, Keg Lodge and Powder Lodge. I stayed in a Queen room with a loft in the Powder Lodge. Bed and plenty of storage area was up in the loft, with a flat screen tv. Bed was very comfortable and only noise I heard was outside when snow was being plowed. Downstairs was a full kitchenette... More

Room was done on the cheap floor creaked under the loosely installed carpet bath tub was so old the plug didn't even fit the drain so you could not fill it. Took three hours at least for the baseboards to hear the place to a comfortable temp. Staff was nice but I can't say We would stay again. I have... More

I put the lowest rating to this hotel and the reason is: when we stayed there at midnight I woke up due to annoying noise. It was hard to understand what it is at the beginning and at a midnight. I called to the reception to get some info on what is going on but didn't get any explanation. Then... More
