The basic rooms only have a Murphy bed which is slightly weird, but it makes the room feel very big when it's put away - much bigger than my friends' upgraded rooms. Other than that, the hotel is old and noise gets through from other rooms and hallway. Parking is an additional $20/night

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The suite was well supplied with everything we needed, except for a corkscrew which the staff very kindly and quickly supplied us. (We arrived at our room door and the staff member was already waiting for us)

I know that ski chalets get a lot of dirt tracked into them, but I was a little grossed out by the amount of dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The whole place smelled musty and was badly in need of a reno. Our studio room was small by Canadian standards and the walls were in no way soundproof.... More

Great location for a budget hotel. Room is simple and clean but comes with everything you need to cook your own food and save a bundle on eating out. We've stayed here before at the front of the hotel and this time we were given back accommodations which we found a lot quieter to no surprise.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Would have liked to know more about the pool, fitness area and hot tub, had to ask as it wasn't in binder in room. Great location, put your ski boots on walk past the Sundial and into the village and on to the Gondola. The room had everything we needed. Cheery fresh flowers in the... More

This is a no frills hotel in a great location in Whistler. Room had a small kitchen, so perfect for families. Had parking and a place to store skis. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and skiing. Friendly staff.

Overall it's a great value to stay here. It's easy to book and the location is very convenient. The building might not be new but our suite was clean and comfortable. The staff could be friendlier though.

My wife and I booked 3 nights at this hotel for $450. It was advertised as "3 star" which is what we usually go for. We were directed to the "Powder Lodge". Immediately after entering our room we knew it was going to be a disaster. There was no bed. It turned out to be "murphy bed" and we had... More

My adult (29 years old) son and I spent 5 days skiing at Whistler. This hotel was the only one I found with 2 queen beds in a standard room. It's not elegant, but it's more than adequate. The room was spacious and clean. It had a mini-fridge which proved useful. The location was around a 2 minute walk to... More
