When heading to Whistler for Tough Mudder in June 2012 with our puppy, we had an absolutely exceptional service experience, even prior to my wife and I arriving at the Listel - and it just got better when we arrived. Despite a challenge created by Expedia, where we had mistakenly thought we had booked the last remaining pet friendly room... More

Excellent location & good value but no air conditioning or pool. One window opens but does not let in much air. Continental breakfast is great with a large variety of food. Parking cost high at $18. Per day. I would not stay there again.

The lobby of this hotelis dark and dreary. You almost need a flashlight to ready anything in the lobby. We could not find the wheelchair ramp upon arrival and had to climb the stairs to the lobby before finding the ramp and its secret entrance off the parking lot. There is no accommodation for parking outside of the hotel, but... More

This hotel is pet friendly and perfectly situated. It backs on to the village that is packed with the best shopping I've ever seen. Most restaurants are decently priced and offer food with local ingredients. A short walking distance to the lifts that bring you to Peak to Peak. The only Con was the expensive parking fee($18)day. I would stay... More

We were just there over the BC Day Long weekend, which happened to be the hottest weekend this summer so far. When we got to the hotel, everything looked decent. As we approached the front desk to ask where to park, they told us that the ONLY option was VALET PARKING. Although it does not cost extra, we did not... More

rooms with no view, fight for parking and fight at the breakfast buffet, just average, I guess, it was my frist time in Whistler, so I cannot compare it with other hotels, at least it's close to the gondola

Not many amenities at this hotel --- just the bare basics all around. When we were checking in there was a huge dog roaming around behind the desk which was a tad unprofessional, so that was our first impression! Our rooms were extremely hot as it was 32 degrees all day while we were in Whistler but not many hotels... More

We stayed at the Listel Hotel Whistler in August and were severely disappointed in our stay. The most prominent disappoint was the lack of air conditioning. The weather was 38 degrees, but the front desk arbitrarily assigned us a room without air conditioning. Apparently some rooms have AC, but not all the rooms. Compounding the situation was that there was... More

This hotel is located about a blocks walk from the Whistler mountain lifts. Our room was small but updated and comfortable. The price was surprisingly low for the location. We will book at this hotel for our return visit in the winter.

The rooms and overall cleanliness were average but adequate for a family of 4. Rooms close to the resaurant are a little noisy but when we were there the restaurant closed early and it was not an issue. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, gladly answered questions and provided information about the area. The location is very good,... More
