We're here to ski. Great location at Blackcomb base across from the Fairmont Chateau Hotel. We loved the outdoor pool and hot tubs. Underground parking is $12 a day. Not much to the lobby and common areas, but the little that there is is nice. Front desk is very polite and helpful. I would rent skis from Spicy Sports. It... more

We've just spent a wonderful 3 nights (Dec 30th -Jan 2nd) at Glacier Lodge and recommend it highly. Make sure to check on the web if they have the “stay two days, get the third night for free” special, which is common for Whistler. I say this because they will not offer this unless you ask for it specifically (a... more

We just spent a ski week at Glacier Lodge (leading up to and including Christmas). We stayed in a premium one bedroom: one bathroom, one main bedroom, a loft bedroom, kitchen, gas fireplace, pull-out sofabed (comfortable). The condo was lovely and well-kept. Maid service is probably only twice a week, but a large stack of towels was left in the... more

The accommodation was booked for us so we were not sure what to expect. The room was really nice with ample accommodation for two. The pull down bed was a surprise at first, bu there was plenty of space when it was down. Artificial log fire was a nice touch for the winter. No air conditioning but the fan supplied... more

Located in the Upper Village...the Glacier Lodge was only a short walk to the main village, next time I would have probably liked to stay in the main village as long as there was a pool and hot tub. There was a leak in the hallway outside our room and they had the heat cranked, it was like a sauna... more

booked with ski independence based in Edinburgh- great price and service. Good place to stay, much bigger than European accommodation. 2 bedroom lodge, 2 big double rooms, and a sofa bed in the sitting room. Good level of equipment- DVD flat screen TV surround sound, full kitchen area. Hot tub and pool were fantastic esp. in the snow. 200 yds... more

We stayed at Glacier Lodge at Blackcomb for 3 nights over Christmas eve. We had a two bedroom unit with a full kitchen and 1.5 baths on the ground floor. There were four adults in total sharing the unit. The unit had been recently refurbished, and was decently clean and comfortable. It's a no-frills kind of a place, and is... more

We stayed 7 nights over the Christmas week. We actually stayed in the same suite over the Christmas week last year already. The public sections of the building had all been renovated between our visits. It looked really nice. We decided this time around however, that next time we would stay someplace else. The reason...The service was non existent this... more

I stayed at Glacier Lodge for a conference that was being held at the neighboring Fairmont Hotel (too expensive for my budget). I was quite happy with the Glacier Lodge hotel as I expected a lot less for the price I paid in such a fancy resort area. The Glacier Lodge is in a great location (just a short and... more

My husband I stayed here from March 14-17. We booked our trip as a package through expedia. Upon arriving, we were sent to our room which was on the second floor and had a small kitchenette and had a very shabby pull out couch. I searched and searched for an adjoining bedroom but realized that the couch was indeed our... more
