There are many upsides to Glacier Lodge. The serviced apartments allowed you to cook food which saves time, money and consumption of poor food. The Blackcomb location was going great being out of the main drag with shorter lift lines. The 5-10 minute walk to the main village is fine. Apparently the apartments are individually owned which makes sense because... More

Ok - so I arrive at the lodge with my wife and toddler at 330pm, which is 30 mins prior to check-in and was told that our room was not ready and that check-in time was 4pm, which of course, I knew! I had reminded the receptionist that I am traveling with my toddler and it would not be please... More

The location was great! The accomodations are okay, certainly I have stayed in better Hampton Inn-type of places, but for the price at Whistler, it was just fine. This lodge is located in the Upper Village so I think it was a quieter place and great for our family. Each room is owned by individuals who in turn "rent" it... More

This place is right in the heart of the action and seconds from the ski lifts. It is directly next door to the Fairmont Whistler which gives you an idea of the premium location. The apartment we rented was lovely, the staff were all very helpful and the pool/spa helped take away the daily aches. The pool could be a... More

We stayed in unit 338 at Glacier Lodge and it was definitely updated recently. Good size unit with modern features that comes with a full kitchen. If you are looking for a home away from home I would definitely look at this unit and this hotel. Being situated close to the village yet out of the hustle and noise of... More

Stayed here two nights to catch end of summer season. Had a suite - nice an spacious. Was a little warm though but fans provided helped out and door open to a small terrace. Car parking reasonable at CAN 13 a day Had a few thoughts it might have been too far from the main action but I think it's... More

The unit we rented (#338) was actually updated from what the pictures had showed previous. I would venture a guess and say this unit had been sold recently, and the new owners did some interior improvements. I suppose they should add some new pics to their profile. This unit also had legit air conditioning (most units did not), it seemed... More

We checked in to our room and found it was just a room, not a kitchenette. Check the amenities on this place-they are wrong! After walking back to the front desk, we contacted our travel agent who was most helpful in getting things straightened out. The facility made the "mistake" but made things right after much work on the phone.... More

Our unit #247 was terribly hot. Around 30 degrees Celsius the entire time. The unit is really very nice, and well appointed, however in the summer it is too darn hot. We arrived and the pilot light was on from the Fireplace, which certainly didn't help matters at all. Someone should have turned off all Pilot lights on all units... More

Just returned from 3 nights at Glacier Lodge in #129. We booked last minute (day before BC long weekend) and didn't expect to get much. Very happy with nightly rate BUT Resort Quest charges a fee for booking through them. This was an upgrade because they had issues with my original booking at the Marquise. I think we 'lucked out'...
