The hotel service was excellent and enjoyed our visit very much great staff, despite the evacuation our last night due to the water leak. The location of the hotel is excellent and centralized to everything. Will return hopefully one day

We went to the summit for a break with our older kids who are 16 and 17. It in a perfect location as there is an IGA grocery store really close by so if you wish to eat in your room they have a great deli section. It is located just across the street to the Olympic village with coffee... More

Stayed here for 2 nights on trip through the Rockies. Quite difficult to find, despite the impressive façade, and 5 minute check-in parking outside (just 3 spaces) was full, so bit of a problem there. However, once inside, staff very helpful and friendly and we had a lovely big room, well equipped, and breakfasted in small restaurant attached to hotel... More

We loved our trip and our time there. I guess Whistler in general is expensive, it felt really expensive. Beautiful rooms and relaxed atmosphere and lots of silence, all great. I did find crumbs on kitchen counter

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights of our honeymoon and were very happy with the hotel, our room and the staff. They kindly found us a place to store our kayaks, which was very helpful. Look forward to returning here.

We arrived at 4:00pm to check in as we were told to do the previous day by hotel staff. Our room was not ready and we needed to wait another 40 minutes until it was. The parkade was terrible it was hot and smelled of garbage. On our final night the fire alarm went off at midnight and we had... More

Clean hotel with kitchenette and close to the main village. The only complain is poor signal in internet and busy/ noisy traffic in the morning. Air condition unit needs to be upgraded; It was so loud. Price wise and location it's just fine.

We enjoyed our stay at the Summit Lodge. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the balcony to sip morning coffee and afternoon wine...a great place to relax. The location of the hotel is perfect for enjoying the Village and the bike rental was convient and fun too .

Amazing value. Whistler hotels can be hit or miss but the Summit is the only Hotel we stay at when in Whistler. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Pool and spa and hot tub are well kept. Location is fabulous. However it is the staff that make staying at the Summit truly enjoyable. My two kids 5 and 7 went... More

I have been very fortunate to travel and stay in some great places all over the world, but the Summit Lodge in Whistler beats them all. I've been here twice now (once on honeymoon) and I can't fault it. The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms are fantastic - if you can upgrade, do, but every room seems... More
