We stayed at the Pinnacle for 2 nights in May 2012. The building is older than others in Whistler but it provides all the necessary things you need in a hotel and at a good price. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance from many restaurants and activities. The only negative comment would be that our mattress was a little uncomfortable.

We stayed there for two nights in April and everything went very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great. Appreciated adult oriented hotel. We would definitely return. Right next to the elevator but did not hear it at all.

The weekend was pretty much flawless. We were allowed to check in early and check out late. The Quattro dinner reservations were made for us and the comfortable setting and great staff kept the smiles on our faces. The room on the 4th (top) floor had a peaked roof and was pretty quiet for sleeping.

This was our second stay at the pinnacle and we will gladly come back.
We were give a room on the third floor facing blackcomb mountain, the room had 2.5 balconies and lots of room. It ws very clean. Only faults was that the tv didn't work and I was really looking forward to watching the canada vs US game....

Rooms are more than adequate and elegant. Love this quaint, boutique style hotel. Such a convenient location in the center of Whistler Village. Staff are so courteous and helpful. Stuart and Sonia are amazing!

Charging 15$ for parking when you can't even park is beeping ridiculous. Ice machine only in the lobby? House keeping knocks on the door before check out? Get your beep together.
