We stayed in a queen size bed with jacuzzi bath with a balcony with mountain views. Also had a plasma tv,dishwasher and fully self contain room. Good location walking distance to everything, good size room clean, serviced daily, friendly helpful staff. Good value for money. Would recommend this hotel. more

Just for Reference I am a 21 year old and I went with my girlfriend. The hotel was nice. The room I stayed in was the deluxe room with kitchen and jacuzzi tub. For how expensive whistler is, this place was reasonable. The room was clean and well stocked. It had a good sized flat screen tv, DVD player, alarm... more

Thank you for your positive comments, I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. With regards to accessing the ski lifts from our hotel we do have a stop for the village shuttle right beside us. This is a free service that runs every 10 minutes during the winter season and is a great way to get to...

My husband and I stayed here from Oct 2nd to 4th for a weekend getaway. I booked a standard studio for CAD$89/per night plus taxes and were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded us to a deluxe studio on the fourth floor when we checked in. Pros: The staff were very friendly and the room itself was quite big and clean.... more

got a good rate of 113 including tax. the room was spacious and clean albeit noisy as we were on the road side of the building. the pool is very very small but this was almost an advantage as we almost always had it completely to ourselves as most people came in and looked at it with sad faces and... more

The room had its own kitchenette and a two-person whirlpool bath, as well as a balcony. It was literally five minutes walk away from the town center with all its shops and amenities. Parking was $15 cdn a night, though. more

My husband and I with 2 young kids arrived at Aug 8 for 2 nights. We booked a Family Fun package that offered by the hotel. The package is ok, you paid what you want., however, the hotel room is not as good as we read from reviews. We're arranged a corner unit on 3 floor, the views is great... more

Can't say enough about Pinnacle. Front office staff extremely helpful -- steering me to good restaurants, bike paths, hiking trails, etc. Got a 4th floor room with steepled ceiling overlooking the mountains. Could sit in the jacuzzi, watch TV, view the mountains and the faux fireplace without moving a muscle. It was literally 98 degrees outside, and the room AC... more

My husband, baby and I stayed here for three days during Christmas 2008 and loved it. Keep in mind that we went at peak season so had expected to pay $200.00 a night. If it hadn't been peak season, I would not have spent more than $80 on this hotel. We initially booked it because of the reviews on trip... more

Wife and I spent the weekend at this hotel. We had a corner room with a queen and a 2 person jacuzzi tub. Room was clean and very well maintained. The room had a sofa and was equipped with a flat screen lcd tv over the fireplace. Although this hotel is not on the village stroll, I consider it an... more

Having stayed in this hotel last year and writing on tripadvisor that if I was to come back to Whistler this year would stay again. Well we did come back and we did stay at the Pinnacle and it was as good as ever. The exchange rate had dived, the lift passes had risen in price (steeply because of the... more
