Traveling from Scotland we found Blue Spruce meet all our needs we could just walk to the ski hill and easy to book. Very close to the Village and such a lovely Chalet. We gave it an above average rating only because it didn't snow when we where in Whistler. Our group got more than we asked for a plus... more

“Questionable reservation practices”

I made reservations for several days stay at the Blue Spruce chalet for this summer. First via email, then by telephone I corresponded with Blue Spruce Lodge regarding availability, rates and policies. I was informed that a deposit equalling 1 night's stay was required to hold the reservation, with full payment for the entire stay being due 60 days prior... more

Responding to the reservation practices comments. The party that had cancelled a booking at one of our Chalets is correct! The Credit company did contact our staff after we had refunded the clients one night deposit less $100 (used for phone calls, visa charges, wages and admin fees). The customer is always right and they did get a full refund....
