I am a frequent traveler, and perhaps this was one of my worst experiences!! The General management as well as front desk manager didnt have any respect for customers and didnt seem professional neither in giving service nor in the way of their appearance!! Sooo cheap and rude!! Also because of the bad quality bed which gave me a bad... more
We recently stayed at the Executive Inn and had equipment stolen out of the ski room. The hotel did pay for rental equipment and comp two nights of our stay, but that did not come close to covering the loss of high quality equipment. An incident like this ruins a vacation. If you stay here...I wouldn't use the ski room... more
Location is just awesome - just 2 min from the gondolas/lifts and the bus stop for the free shuttle to Blackcomb base. You REALLY don't want to be lugging your snowboard/skis around for more than 2 min after a long day out on the slopes. We had a double loft which is really cosy for a couple with the fireplace... more
Great location, great price ($94), a very comfortable bed with a pillow topper, a balcony, a fireplace, a kitchen and free parking underground. Not recommended for light sleepers (noise from the village way past midnight), older people (lack of elevator and hard to step in whirlpool bathtub). The Internet that I used was $6.95 for an hour of time which... more
We were pretty happy with our accommodation at the Executive Inn. We were not expecting 5 star and therefore were not dissapointed. We believe we got great value accommodation in a fantastic location. Down fall in the warmer months is that if you have the window open you will probably be woken up by people stumbling home from the pub.... more
The Executive Inn was a disappointment from the moment we got there. From the lack of any sort of lobby (it's a narrow hallway passing through the building) to the lack of any sort of amenities or elevator. Good luck getting larger luggage up the steep and narrow staircases. There was internet service (through a separate provider at the bargain... more
Like the previous Traveller had commented, the lobby is quite uninspiring. the room that we had was just ok, great bathroom though. Liked the jacuuzi tub for two. And liked the fireplace. The patio was fairly dirty though & I guess the previous guests left an astray full of cigarettes butts on the patio - disgusting! There's no elevators in... more
This hotel has a great location right in the center of the village. Moreover, it has balconies that look over the village walkways which is very quaint. The positives end there. The room was two levels, with a loft bed up two flights of very steep stairs. The bathroom had the strangest tub/shower I've ever seen and I really should... more
What a horrible little hotel. The only reason this hotel is still here is because the location. The rooms were okay, but haven't been updated in 10 years. There is no elevator, no pool, no hot tub, and no secure parking. The staff and the General Manager were rude and look-liked they all have been there since the first day... more
