My husband and I just stayed three nights, in a room with a small kitchenette which was perfect for the two of us. The location is ideal, walking distance to everything, including Blackcomb village and many walking trails. We parked our car in parking lot # 4,where you are allowed to park overnight free of charge. It is about a... More

Stayed here for a one night getaway with my wife. We stayed at the deluxe queen room. I found this hotel of great value. For a little over $100/night it was definitely good. The room was decent and even had a balcony. It was pretty clean but is showing its age. Again, for the price and location, expected.... Only real... More

We stayed in a loft room. The room was not properly cleaned (half empty bottles in the fridge). In the bathroom i (as a man) saw that the tissue box cover was full of dust (i dont want to imagine how it looks above the cabinets....). The balcony door could only be opened with a lot of power. We wanted... More

The manager Joe was very helpful with identifying which type of room we needed. The check in staff was efficient when we were checking in. Amenities wise it does have what you would need for basic cooking. A couple of things weren't functioning properly. Oven did not heat up to 350 the whole 20mins we left the salmon in there.... More

We stayed at the property for 2 nights, in a loft suite. The room was clean and close to everything. The only negative I could say about the property, is that there were stains on the ceiling from a water leak at one time and that a renovation (fresh paint) is probably due.

Great money for value, plenty of room and ideal location, easy access to all attractions and the staff where very helpful with local knowledge, best attractions. Parking was easy and late checkout perfect. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to everyone looking for a good family hotel with plenty of room and great location for active families.

Great and clean room. The only thing that was a little off was the angle of the bathroom door. The kitchenette had everything we needed. This was a fortunate thing because we could not find many vegan options for my husband. We ended up getting groceries and making our own meals.

This is a convenient hotel in a centralized location. We stayed at this property mainly because they allowed dogs ($25/night and includes dishes and dog bed). The staff went above and beyond - which really surprised us. Super friendly and helpful, brought ice to our room (no machines in hotel), and always gracious when we needed to drop off/pick up... The location couldn't be much more centrally located in the village. It was pretty busy the day we checked in, and there was only one receptionist. she was dealing with a difficult customer, which took her longer than what it normally would to process a check-in so it was a bit annoying. Saying that it was out of her control.... More

Stayed for one night after completing Tough Mudder. Excellent location - right on the Village Stroll but not so close that it got too noisy. Front Desk staff were very helpful and let us checkin early and leave late so we had time for breakfast. Room was renovated and clean, kitchenette was useful and really comfy bed. You get access...
