Just returned from one night, great location and I liked the seperate loft(mind you I was by myself and I could see that it would be tight with 2 or more people. What I didnt like was that there was an extra charge for wi-fi and the configuration of the bathroom made it hard to get in and out of.Overall quite... We came for our anniversary in October. Unit was clean. Staff friendly and even gave us a few free fire logs for the real fireplace. Unit was one with a loft. Great stay. Unit has kitchenette but no oven but well equipped kitchen.

Sad to say but this was miles away from executive experience. The suite had a complete kitchen including a fridge/ice maker, but we had to buy water as the fridge filter was red, indicated that it needed to be replaced and was not changed during our 4 day stay. Would have been nice if some paper towels and cleaners other... More

directed to run down the street (in the pouring rain) to the other Executive facility that is filthy dirty, broken tiles, water damage and just one bed. Paid an "upgrade" for an uncomfortable hide-a-bed. Windows open wide, could be a fall hazard. Pool, hot tub, ice located at other facility. Found former occupant personal info in room. Disappointed.

We were switched by the computer from the Mountain Lodge to the Executive Inn where there is no pool or hot tub, the way the website works is very misleading. The next disappointment was the room size, the Queen Loft is absolutely not 430 sq. ft. And closer to 250 sq. ft at best! Room feels cramped, stairs are dangerously... More

What a great place to stay! The location in Whistler Village is perfect as the hotel's entrance opens straight onto the Village Stroll. The room was fantastic. We had a balcony overlooking the street, plus a bedroom area as well as a kitchenette with all appliances and a table and chairs. The bathroom was very clean and modern, and there... More

We booked on line and for some reason failed to look at trip advisor or we wouldn't have booked. The lady on the desk was nice enough and helpful but the place is run down, tired and not very clean. It's true the location is great but they should consider investing and making it up to standard. The carpets have... More

The location of the hotel is great, if you use the back door you are directly in the pedestrian zone of village center with all the restaurants and shops. The room size was great for the price of 100$ (there was a kitchen and kind of a small lounge), the car parking costs 22$ a day which I heard that... More

An otherwise lovely visit to our favourite town on the planet was tainted by our poor choice of accommodation. Location is great...that's the end of the good news. Understaffed desk tucked into a corner made even complaining a challenge. Parking was sold out, so we parked about 800 meters away, quite fun with a 2 month old. Next was pet... More

My husband and I stayed for two nights and really liked the place. We got a loft style one bedroom apartment and we're pleasantly surprised. Bed was soft and cosy, living area roomy and we had out own kitchen. The location couldn't have been better, right in the thick of things. Was quiet and heard no noise. We did however... More
