The coast Blackcomb is fantastic set of cute condos set on the ski hill for ski-in and ski-out. It's also far enough away from the main village to avoid the college kids' Super Bowl revelry. The bus into the village is quick and there is a store in Blackcomb village. The rooms were nice and cosy, nice kitchenette and fire... More

This was our first time staying at this hotel and thought we'd give it a try as we visit Whistler every summer. Yes, the hotel definitely is a bit worn and needs updating but the staff were friendly and having a fully equipped kitchen in the room was very nice. As my husband has a disability, we were in a... I went up last weekend with my husband to enjoy a local music festival. We were very excited to stay at this lovely looking hotel. My first booking was completed on Expedia - we decided to book another night and extend our stay. The website distinctly says: "Book your summer getaway deal by August 15, 2014 and save on your... Ok. So the room is old and outdated... I was told when making a reservation that we were in walking distance to the village... Unless you want to walk 45 minutes uphill... Go for it. There is no air conditioning... They have fans. The bedroom window does not open enough to get a breeze... The wifi is horrible. You can... More

I have to say, the staff at the hotel were all very pleasant to talk to and deal with. The pool was a hit with the kids even though it was raining...didn't stop them! We stayed for 3 nights and found the room to be spacious but very very dated. The rooms were not very clean either...if you looked behind... More

I go to Whistler every year, so although I knew this hotel was not in the main village, I purposely picked the location because of the pool and hot tub (2 big hot tubs and a heated pool). It's easier to walk 10 minutes down the dirt hill straight to the bottom of Blackcomb Village (walk out to the ski... More

Style of hotel was not what we were used to but pleasantly surprised when we opened our room door to find 2 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite, a main bathroom, kitchen, sitting room and balcony which overlooked the pool! Perfect for 4 friends travelling together. Double shower in main bathroom and fluffy dressing gowns in wardrobe plus large bottles of... More

Although we didn't check out any other hotels in whistler as we were with a tour, the village did seen to have quite a few so I cannot compare this to the others available but just based on the property I would rate it as very good, especially for families with kids. Small kitchenette with dishes, two rooms made us... More

So we have stayed in Whistler a number of times and always in the Village liking to be close the the action. Well this time to save a few bucks I booked at Coast Blackcomb suites. Good move 99! Actually as long as you have a car you get good value for money here. The breakfast is better than expected... More
