The staff were really friendly and helpful. They gave us early check-in at 10:00 am. Our room was nice and big but quite dated, the beds were quite hard and couch and seat were old and uncomfortable. The complementary breakfast was OK, but was quite busy as the hotel was full.

We quite often stay in whistler hotels and we found this hotel better value than others nearby! Overall a good experience. The breakfast and free bus service to the village made the all the difference.
