I have stayed at this property previously. It is great value for the money and the fact it is a 4 minute drive to the village shouldn't deter you from staying there. It has a great outdoor pool area and breakfast. A free village shuttle right at the front door gives you easy access to the hustle and bustle of... More

Granted, it's not often as hot as this in Whistler, but the lack of air conditioning would make your stay uncomfortable even at lower temperatures so think before booking, especially if travelling with small children. Also, although breakfast is free, they charge $23 for overnight parking in the underground lot. Due to the location of the hotel you have no... More

This hotel is at the top of the upper village and was more quiet than many hotels we have stayed at in Whistler. The outdoor area (pool, hot tubs, patio) was very nice and closed at ten, so there was no late night partying. A great place for families. Don't forget anything because you'll need to make a trek into... More

This Coast Hotel was very clean, always. The breakfast included was really good; a lot of nutritional options to choose from. Check in and Check out went fast and smooth. The down points where a little to far from the Village if you have no Vehicle. There is a free Bus but it never came and we ended up doing... More

We stayed at the Coast hotel from May 29-31st to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. We have stayed here before and always been very pleased. Great rooms, good value, and continental breakfast is always a bonus. We were a little disappointed that the pool/hot tub were closed for renovations during our stay -- however, having the option to use the pool/hot... More

Might be nice for ski in/out but in the summer it did not have temperature control and pretty far from the village (specially whistler village). Very good breakfast and is complimentary. Expensive parking/not inculded.

Chose this for a solo weekend without any idea of Whistler. Here are my thoughts .. Pros 1. Room was well furnished and a well equipped kitchen too. 2. Was big enough and had a good balcony. 3. Breakfast was just enough. 4. Rooms are peaceful. 5. Free shuttle that runs from 9:40am until 1am Cons 1. Hotel might feel... More

I come here every year in the Spring or Summer. Each time was enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and it's quiet. It's away from the main village, but there's a free shuttle bus. I like the fact that we can bring our free breakfast to our rooms.

My Husband and I have both grown up in the lower mainland but had never been to whistler for more than a stop to fill the fuel tank. The Coast Blackcomb was more than we bargained for. We booked a room with a king-sized bed and we arrived to find a suite bigger than our first apartment. A kitchen, living... More
