Although we attempted to alert both the reservation system and the front desk person, no one cared about the pre-exisiting damage in unit 413. The safe had been broken into, there are terrible gouges in the plaster, the knob to the kitchen cabinet is missing, dishes and glasses are missing and those that exist are broken. They have you sign... More

I wanted to thank all the staff at the hotel for such fine care and attention to my stay. I apologize in advance for the length of my post. I initially began my search throughout the Whistler accommodations listings on various websites, looking for a larger than normal hotel suite, for a romantic 3 days in July. It wasn’t until... More

My family and I just finished a 5 night stay in #302-Le Chamois and it was not a pleasant stay for various reasons. 1) This is NOT a hotel. This is a vacation rental and getting front desk to move us was not happening. Check in was pleasant enough but they ask for $500 deposit that goes onto your credit... More

I stayed here with my family (two young children) and partner when up in Whistler for a conference. I thought I was booking into an apartment that was run like a hotel. The building was clean though slightly dated (no big deal) and the check in staff were extremely friendly. The room was sufficient, though the "kitchen" was really a... More

I picked this hotel, which I wouldn't even call it a hotel, because it was within walking distance to the Fairmont & the dancing competitions. The room #416 is a one bedroom, 2bath room with a pullout sofa so room enough for the 3 of us. I got a room with a kitchette, which in my mind would have stove,... More

I found this place on Tripadvisor and after reading all of the reviews decided this might be a decent place to stay, especially given the reasonable price. My expectations were far surpassed! My room was lovely and big and featured a jacuzzi and a gorgeous view of Blackcomb mountain. Additionally the woman who checked me in, whose name I wish... More

We booked room #413 for the last weekend of the World Ski and Snowboard Festival based on location and the desire to try a new spot, we normally stay at Lost Lake. The first impression I had is that the entire property needs a renovation. It has a 80's-90's feel and look to it that you don't have in other... More

Even if it is true that the hôtel is not exactly on the slope, the access to the black comb liftchair is super easy, even with children. The apartments are simply furnished but convenient with one laundry room on the 4th floor. The ski rental store, Spicy store your skies during the night and you avoid the crowded liftchair from... It's just across the way from the lifts (1 min walk max) and an easy 6 or so minute walk to Whistler village- couldn't be easier! The sports store Spicy next door lets you store your skis for free. We caught the Peak2Peak over to Whistler mountain and enjoyed Blackcomb the other two days. We booked a 1 bedroom which... More
