We just spent one night at the hotel but we found the room to be very comfortable and the staff accommodating. I had a good experience at the Vida Spa in the hotel lobby. My only criticism is that parking is over $30 a night.

This hotel is premium, but has just about everything you need to be comfortable and perfectly located. Easy access to the slopes with a free ski storage area steps from the lift. Loved our room and the many dining options to choose from. We did eat out at some of the other local restaurants but always came back to the hotel. GREAT location, great facilities, and super staff. If you want to ski Whistler and you want ski-in/ski-out the Fairmont is the spot. Consistent in their service and exceeds expectations if your stay on the Gold Floor.
