We stayed at the Pan Pacific Mountainside back in February - What we liked: the location is terrific in that it is super close to the lifts for both Blackcombe and Whistler. Inside, there are a couple of choices for equipment rental, and a heated locker room to store gear overnight. The Irish pub was solid and had some live... More

Hotel was clean, great view. King size bed was comfy. Hotel surprised us with wine in our room because I had mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary when we booked the room months ago. It was a nice surprise and touch. Great location. In the heart of the village. Quiet. Would go again.

You could not fault the location of this hotel. Literally right on the mountain, with the lifts practically on the doorstep. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment, which had great amenities and was very comfortable. Only down side is the bedrooms themselves are tiny. However, will stay here again if we ever get the opportunity to return to Whistler. Loved... More

We have stayed at Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside a few times now. Each time has been spectacular from a nice, comfortable place to sleep and stay to the terrific kitchenette provided. It's nice to ave the flexibility to dine out or in and with the grocery store quickly nearby it's so simple. The staff are always courteous and helpful. I... More

Has to be the most convenient hotel in Whistler. We had previously asked by mail for a room overlooking the slopes but were given a room with only an oblique view of the ski fields. The staff were very helpful and quickly found us a room looking directly across the whole Whistler front valley. The room was very well appointed... More

Based on recommendations from friends, we booked our May long weekend stay at the Pan Pacific. We initially booked a one bedroom suite on the upper floors and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a two bedroom suite by the friendly staff at the front desk. The room was amazing as were the views. The beds were amazingly comfortable... More

A beautiful hotel, cost is good and the proximity to everything is excellent. The suite is furnished with a fireplace and a dining area. A couch and kitchen makes it feel like your own personal cabin. Staff is very helpful and the view was breathtaking.

I accompanied my husband for a conference. Hotel was very central for walking, eating in Whistler Village, browsing. I loved the suite as we got to sleep in our first Murphy bed and it was very comfortable! Also it had a kitchen, fireplace , balcony and great view of the mountains. Got to sit one night with fireplace on watching it... More

I took my partner here for his 30th birthday. We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. We were upgraded before we even got there. When they found out it was my partner's birthday they left chocolates.

Cannot say anything bad about the Pan Pacific. A true step above, friendly personnel, comfortable place, and excellent location. Will stay here again if my travels take me here. Only challenge was the elevators. During the busy time of the day you had to wait quite a while. Probably need a more efficient system and/or another elevator bank. So from... More
