The hotel is older nothing fancy but does the job. Excellent location, rooms are clean & spacious, well equipped kitchen, indoor pool, paid parking $15 per day. We really enjoyed the jetted tubs. For light sleepers, it can get slightly noisy from outside however I believe this is unavoidable anywhere in the village. Only huge issue for us was a... More

My wife and I decided to have a weekend away to celebrate our birthdays, which are 6 days apart in September. We've stayed several times at the Hoilday Inn in Whistler, but this is the first time we've really had to make any comments about our suite. The suite itself was ideal with all the amenities you could fit into... More

I am extremely disappointed reading about the housekeeping issues you encountered during your recent stay. This is very out of character for our team and have taken it to our Executive Housekeeper for review. If you wish to discuss it further please contact me directly at amcgee@whistlerhi.com. More

We happened to this hotel because we were actually looking for a competitors lodging that we could not find. The desk clerk Chris, not only tried to help us find the other hotel, he found us a room for two nights at less money than we would have paid at the other place. This young man went far beyond what... More

Stayed for 1 night, we asked for a room away from the Village, and we got a corner suite facing the fire station. It was pretty quiet for the most part, except when we returned around 10pm, and there was a stagette in the next 2 rooms. Kitchenette was well-equipped, with cooking utensils, pots and pans. Need to bring your... More

Just steps from the Village stroll. Not far from groceries and liquor store. Earl's across the way. Follow the signs to the excellent library. A local museum near the library. No need for a car for these and the 2 mountains.

Stayed there for 3 days/2 nights and it was a nice hotel studio. Queen bed & Murphy Queen as well, so can sleep four comfortably. However, once the Murphy bed is down, there is virtually no open space left in the living area. The shower/jetted bathtub is nice, but would have been even better if the Holiday Inn had a... More

We stayed at 9 hotels in 10 days on a holiday to B.C.The problem this hotel had was we had stayed a few nights before in another Holiday Inn which we have reported as the best hotel of the whole holiday. This hotel was beaten in every department except the parking underneath which was very secure. We had a top... More

With hotels you've got to take everything into perspective or you'll miss the benefit. The Holiday Inn Whistler is by far not the most expensive hotel in Whistler but it's in a prime location right in the heart of the village. The suites are meant for an extended stay and the hotel is getting old. If you want the first... More

Stayed on a hot day in early September- AC was struggling to keep up in the top floor room. Room was VERY hot (Much hotter than outdoors) without the AC. Nice room with a double and a murphy bed and full kitchen. One very small window that you had to stick your nose on to see out. Clean but 2... More

Thank you for posting your comments about your recent stay. Unfortunately, fire alarms do occur for various reasons and are taken very seriously. We do make every effort to minimize the impact, but they are a life safety device that are there to protect our guests. More
