Start with the good: better than average rooms for a Holiday Inn. Roomy, full kitchen including dishes, comfortable bed, fireplace, good shower. Since the property is part of Whistler Village, there are many restaurants and bars within a very short walking distance; i.e., extremely convenient. Front desk staff very helpful. The Bad. The proximity to all of those restaurants and... More

I am disappointed that your stay was not 100% to your satisfaction. We do have some suites that do not face the pedestrian village stroll which are quieter. If you put in a request for a quieter room we do our best to accommodate you. The lay out of the property can be somewhat confusing at first, but due to... More

We stayed here overnight during the 4th of July weekend. We stayed in a 2BR suite which was awesome. It was a 2 storey unit with 2 queen size beds, a kitchen and a living room. The living room had a Murphy bed as well. It was a very comfy stay. The hotel sits right in the heart of the... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. Given that the July 4th long weekend was extremely busy and we were sold out we couldn't offer late check outs. Normally it isn't a problem, but because we were sold out with large turnover of rooms it just wasn't possible on this weekend. As for check in time we... More

Firstly it is the location of this Hotel that wins it top marks. A few minutes from all the action, restaurants, shops etc; My room was really a small apartment with a double bed, a pull down bed. A dining set ( laid up) and a kitchenette fully stocked with crockery etc; Also 'large' dish washer/washing machine/tumble dryer. Spotlessly clean... More

The hotel was close to many good restaurants and stores. The staff was very friendly, and the room I stayed in came with 2 comfortable beds, a large kitchen area, and a tub/shower with jets. The only downsides were the parking arrangements and the temperature of the room (unusually hot and uncomfortable). This hotel is a great value.

The location of this hotel is incredible, in the middle of Whistler Village Center but the rooms need some update. The price is way too high for the value, while staying there, the noise was too much, a fire alarm went off and the toilet broke, they came to "fix it" but it broke the next time we used it.... More

We stayed for one night last weekend and thought this was a very nice hotel and reasonably priced. Our room was a little tired but spotless, quite large and was equipped with a full kitchen which would make it a great place for and extended stay. Its in the heart of Whistler and only minutes from the ski lifts. Staff... More

We stayed 5 nights at Holiday Inn just before easter and we were very pleased with both location and our rooms. Our room was very big with a large kitchen - it was very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine (and free cofee refill everyday:) and lots of space to cook. The bed was very nice and it... More

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased about the overall experience of it all, close walk to the lifts and centred perfectly in the village…………..The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the point of check in until check out(and I even stayed longer than my scheduled booking). The hotel was in great condition(don't understand all these... More

I have stayed at several Whistler hotels and the Holiday Inn is by the worst hotel in the village based on my experience and cannot recommend this hotel.
