Plus: - Good location - close to shops, restaurants and slopes. - Really friendly and helpful staff. A big big thank you to them. Minus: - Rooms dark and dingy and weirdly furnished. For example, giant fireplace 30 cm from bed but no sofa! Have to watch TV sitting in the bed (one room had the TV at 90 degree... More

Let's start with the good: Location! This hotel is situated in the heart of the Village and only few walking minutes away from the Gondola and all the restaurants and shops are right there were the hotel is. The hotel itself is average. Most ski resort hotels are a bit more rundown then their other locations and this hotel was... More

Great 2 Bed apartment, well located in the village, staff great, the major problems being the noise, especially between 11pm and 3am every night, Great fun trying to keep the kids asleep, basically for 2 week we were averaging 4 hour sleep, ask to be moved but no rooms. The apartment came with a very scant appointed kitchen cooking pots... More

I am sorry that you experienced noise during your stay with us. We do have on site security to attend to noise complaints within the hotel. We are located in the center of the pedestrian village and therefore do deal with people out on the street at night. Security will move people along if they are being noisy on the... More

I recommend staying here, however, please be sure to request a room with windows that do NOT face the village courtyard. People drinking at the bars in the village walk back to their homes/hotels quite loudly, keeping us up from 2-4 pm on the weekend nights. It would have been nice if the hotel warned guests of the noisy rooms... More

I am sorry that you experienced noise during your stay with us. We are located in the heart of the pedestrian village of Whistler and therefore do have people walking by the hotel at night. You can ask for a room off the village stroll and we will do our best to accomodate you. We recently experienced some problems with... More

It's by no means a luxury hotel but rates are very reasonable considering the great location and friendly, efficient service. The rooms are comfortable and higher floors even give you some view of the ski slopes. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the ski lifts are not too far away. Parking is $15 per day, less than... More

We have just checked in today for a 1 night stay, we can here every word spoken from the guests next door and their t.v. It is now 10pm and can't get our kids to settle due to the noise from next door and the sound of traffic from the road. The room we are in has an interconnecting door... More

We stayed here mid week on Jan 7 and 8 to go skiing. I've been to Whistler several times and in the past have stayed at the Pan Pacific, Fairmont and the Westin in Whistler which are all 4 or 5 star hotels. I chose the Holiday Inn this time because I didn't want to pay $ 350 - 450... More

This was the first time we'd ventured out of Europe for skiing, and opted for the Holiday Inn because of its location and the fact that it offered what looked like a more pleasant experience than a small self-catering room in a French ski-resort. We weren't disappointed. Staying in a double room with basic kitchenette, we never intended to cook... More

We stayed here for three nights over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend and found the hotel met our needs very nicely. The location in Whistler Village could not be better. It's right in the heart of the village with lots of stores, restaurants and pubs nearby. The only thing to take note of is that apparently Saturday night is "Party Night"... More
