For what you would think is an above average hotel, this hotel lacked in a few areas. I found everything about this facility to be just acceptable. Just average. “Perfect for business”

This is the perfect hotel for a business trip. The rooms are nice and very clean, free Internet, good free breakfast in the morning and the hotel staff is super friendly. Great location and probably the best place to stay in Vernon, British Columbia.

“Standard HIE - Nothing Extraordinary”

Check in was very good. A gift for a gold member was either mispaced or forgotten! Room was clean. Breakfast was standard HIE fare..........good nothing great!! Location is very good. Restaurants and shopping close by. Looking for something to differentiatge this HIE from he many others I have stayed at.......nothing outstanding!!
