A very comfortable stay here. Nice room with good bed, en suite and a small room where we were able to relax and eat a small meal. Breakfast was superb to the highest standard and the hosts Kathy and Dinham were so helpful with providing directions on our departure. More

We stayed here for 2 nights and totally enjoyed it - built in 1894 and well kept up and renovated over the years it was an enlightening experience - LOVED it ....the hosts were VERY accommodating (even though we arrived late )they went out of their way to welcome us and were MOST friendly - absolutely recommend to folks who... We stayed here for only one night sadly, we would have liked to stay longer. the hosts are so friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is so clean and tidy and really better than most hotels. Plush carpets, a comfy bed, fluffy towels and toiletries supplied too. Even a rubber duck for the huge bath. The quaint guest lounge caters for... More

We decided to stay in a B&B instead of the generic hotels that we always use. What a treat! Could all B&B's be this good? It's a historic house with all sorts of curios to set the scene. The hosts were friendly, rooms clean with brass beds but good mattress and to top it all - THE BREAKFAST. Well done... More

As the Richmond House B&B was at one time the family home of my great grandparents, Alice and Thomas Richmond, I was very excited to pay a visit and experience a living part of my family heritage. I must say that Kathy and Dinham are doing a wonderful job of preserving the character of this historical home while providing a... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and were overwhelmed with hospitality from Dinham and Cath. Their breakfasts are second to none. We were given loads of useful advice about what to see and where to go whilst staying in Vernon. We were moving on to the Kootenays and as that was Dinham's home ground he not only gave us a... More

A great family home B+B with rooms decked out in interesting themed antique decor. A very convenient place to stay if touring Okenagon. The only slight negative was the room that faces the road outside does get some road noise up to around 11.00pm and from 6.00am. So if you are someone who gets easily disturbed, bring your earplugs. Lovely... More

We stayed at Richmond House for Canada Day weekend, July 2011 and had a wonderful time. The room was perfectly quaint and the bed was very comfortable, especially after camping for 4 days! Dinham and Kathy were great hosts and the breakfasts alone made our stay worth it! We'd come stay with them again in a heartbeat next time we're... More

The location is excellent -- within walking distance of restaurants in town, and also near the main road to Silver Star Ski Resort. We spent two nights at Richmond House B & B and would have stayed a third but the inn was already completely booked for the third night. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. We needed to... More

We stay at Richmond for one night. The owners are very welcoming. Many small details make the stay pleasant. Among other things, the warm decor, the small common room for tea, even slippers and a bathrobe is provided to us in the room. The breakfast is very delicious. We went in different B&B during our trip in this area, and... More
