I had to travel through Vernon in late August and decided to stay at the Schell Motel Express because of the great reviews on Trip Advisor. What a pleasant surprise - the room is not huge but it was exceptionally clean and offered all the amenities that you need - fridge - AC - TV - WiFi etc. I arrived... More

“Noisy”

Very noisy motel - wall are very thin! Carpet was dirty. Bathroom was old and tired. Only good thing; 2 rooms - 1 queen in each room. Beds were ok. Towels, face cloths etc were old and stained. Probably won't stay again. Didn't know there was a breakfast until I read here on tripadvisor...

“always great winter rates”

awesome motel with all the basics you need. Is also dog friendly. love their winter rates. the host, Joe Patel, has the social & informative personality that is always enjoyable to converse with.
