The basement has been converted to several guest rooms each with a private bath. There is also a common kitchenette. The owner was having work done on her kitchen so she gave us vouchers for $7 off a nearby cafe or the coffee house. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. In a lovely neighborhood. My girlfriend and I, we stayed here for 10 nights and overall it was a great experience. We got an excellent rate (it was low-season and we got no breakfast).
