This hotel is basically ok. You can go by foot to the city center, the prices are ok and the rooms comfortable and well equipped with a mini kitchen. There is a big parking. The people are friendly. It is a good choice for a short stay in Victoria !

This room was okay, but everything about it was tiny. The elevator was extremely small and slow, so unless we were moving luggage, we opted for the stairs. Honestly, (and not exaggerating at all!) this was the smallest elevator that we have ever seen. Parking was across the street which was unsettling and inconvenient. The room had a kitchenette, which... More

The room was comfortable. There was no AC, but there were 4 fans for our usage. There was free internet and free parking. There was a pool, but we didn't use it. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They gave us discount coupons to use for a whale watching tour. We were able to walk to the city center,... More

The main entrance is a little scetchy, but once you enter the hotel its very nice. The room was incredible new modern very clean. nice little pool bar area too, although I checked in a little late to partake. I would recommend this hotel. great rates, great rooms, very close to harbour.

I consider myself a luxury traveler and typically reserve and stay in four stars plus hotel accommodations. Not sure if I was going to visit Victoria again, I hadn't reserved this time around. At the last minute and through Expedia, this 3 star appeared with considerably lower rates than I typically reserve. Although hesitant at first, I'm very glad I... More

This is a great value - free parking, free internet, within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping! Each room has a microwave, frig, and a Kuerig coffee maker. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The Jam Café is very close and is an excellent choice for breakfast. It opens at 8 and I would advise getting there about that... More

There is no air conditioning here. My husband stayed in Victoria one night in July 2015. When we arrived the room temperature was okay. We went out touring and came back in the evening after dinner and it was sooo warm and stuffy! We used the kitchenette fan and the room fan and tried to blow out the warm air... More

The housekeeping staff really do a good job cleaning and maintaining the rooms, at least it is such for the room I had. Wifi is quick and fuss free. As a tourist, the hotel is well located along Douglas which is the main street in Victoria downtown, hence, it is easy to catch the public transport to other places of... More

Room was very clean. Loved that it had a frig, coffee maker & microwave. Close to downtown Victoria. Free parking. Pool had a bar for a fun afternoon on a hot day. Our only issue was that the fan on our air conditioning unit wasn't working & we happened to be there when Victoria was experiencing unusually high temperatures. They... More
