Sue and Zen are loving hosts. This B & B is very conveniently located - about a block from the harbour. We enjoyed using the water taxi to the downtown area. Our room was delightful - cheerful view of the garden area plus a very comfortable bed. Sue is an artist with food presentation!!! Both were extremely helpful with directions... More

This was my first B&B experience and it was delightful. Sue and Zen were wonderful in providing info of their own personal favorite restaurants, which we found were exceptional, as well as driving tips. We had a most comfortable room right off of the breakfast room which was like a personal retreat at night. So relaxing and Sue and Zen... More

We arrived on the Clipper from Seattle which was very relaxing and caught a taxi to the B&B. Sue and Zen are marvellous hosts and we were given information on arrival from where to eat, how to get around and what to see and do etc. Our room was on the ground floor and although described as for the budget... This is my second visit to Victoria and II stayed at this B&B recently for a week. The hosts, Sue and Zen, really went out of their way to make my stay wonderful! They were extremely knowledgeable on what areas to visit and what to see in and around Victoria. I was pleasantly surprised to find a container of delicious... More

One more "excellent" to add to the growing list. Sue and Zen really go out of their way to make their guests happy. We felt at home within 5 minutes of entering the B&B and enjoyed everything about our stay there. Warning - if you are on a diet beware of the breakfast. It's more like a 3 course dinner... More

My wife and I spent three nights at Across the Harbour B&B on a recent visit to Victoria and came away very impressed. The hosts (Sue & Zen) were extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, directions and suggestions for things to see. They provided us with maps of downtown Victoria, wonderful breakfasts and our room (The Kingfisher) was comfortable. We couldn't... More

I consider Harbour B&B as the best place to stay in Victoria. Thanks to a wonderful couple, Sue and Zen. The warmth and thoughtfulness they showed us really made a difference- from the tips on where the local restaurants are to the trails to take on a spare time. The Orca room was spacious and comfortable. Sue's ginger cookies are... More

An excellent B&B with outstanding service from beginning to end. We had 2 large king size rooms, both equipped with a whirlpool bath and full tv/dvd facilities. The walk into Victoria is along the coastal path and takes 30 - 40 minutes, depending on the number of photo stops! Sue and Zen could not do enough for us and gave... More

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. The location is gorgeous and our hosts, Sue and Zen, could not have done more to make us feel welcome. During our stay, both Sue and Zen spent time with us highlighting local attractions and great places to eat out. Without their recommendations, we would definitely have missed out on some great... Just steps away from a water taxi to downtown Victoria, in a friendly, relaxing house. Thanks to our hosts for early coffee! A stop here on a long weekend was a great reminder just how pretty the island can be.
