I have stayed with the Quality Inn multiple times, and have enjoyed each stay very much. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is always top notch. You can't beat the 25% off of the restaurant down the hall either. Its my only choice when planning a quick trip or vacation to Victoria!

Couldn't ask for better service, my wife had recently twisted her ankle so the hotel allowed us to park in the breeze way so she wouldn't have use the stairs, nice touch I thought. The hotel is only 2 blocks from the downtown core which means more time to enjoy the inner habour, parliament buildings, local pubs(which are plentiful I... More

We stayed just one night here and found the location was perfect with a good price. Most hotels in downtown Victoria cost and arm and a leg, but the Quality Inn is right where all the action is at a decent price. The elevator was out of action, but it wasn't a big deal. We really enjoyed our breakfast at... More

Thank you so much for your kind review. We are a small hotel located in the heart of the city, matching a great location with competitive pricing. We appreciate your understanding of our elevator shut down. We look forward to reopening the unit in a few weeks and are confident that the mechanical, electrical and aesthetic upgrades will be worth... More

This hotel is very conveniently located in downtown Victoria. The front desk clerk was very nice and welcoming - even called shortly after check in to see if the room met my needs. It's nothing fancy by any means, but it's clean and reasonably priced. My only negative note would be that I felt a little unsure of security as... More

We stayed to attend a concert, which was close enough to walk to Save On Foods Memorial, and nice to be close downtown. The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, pillow was a little to high for my liking but no big deal. A little disappointed in the extra cost for pay parking. Pool is small compared to... More

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to read that you enjoyed your stay. We certainly are close to the Save on Foods Memorial Center (go Royals!) and even closer to the Royal Theatre. Next time please let the front desk know and they will have housekeeping provide flatter pillows for your room as we do have a selection.... More

We stayed here last weekend before attending Verdi's Othello at the Royal Theatre across the street. Location is extremely convenient for most of Victoria's main attractions. I asked for a quiet room, and they put us on the top floor facing the courtyard which was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had plenty of space, and everything worked well... More

I should start by saying this was not my first choice of hotel to say in. I wanted to stay in the Chateau Victoria, my usual spot, But this was opening night of the opera and there was no space available. So I searched on Google for alternative hotels and then checked results against Trip Advisor. I suggested the Quality... More

I enjoyed this hotel Large room with all amenities. However the wifi was terrible. Hotel very helpful in trying to fix it but this resulted in my account being swamped by junkmail and my provider blocking it. Suggest a new provider. It is in a very good position and staff were pleasant and helpful.
