This hotel is centrally located, has very clean rooms that are well appointed with quality linens and towels. Each room has a small fridge, and an ironing board and iron. The WiFi worked well all of the time. The shower was forceful and there was lots of hot water. There is a perfectly built in antislip covering on the tub/shower... More

We have stayed many times over the years in this older but friendly clean hotel situated in downtown Victoria. This recent trip was with our daughter. I asked for adjoining rooms which we were able to have on our arrival. this time our room was overlooking the street, it was fairly quiet from outside noise. I could hear the shower... More

The rooms is clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but quiet. My room overlooked a parking area next door, even then limited noise during the day and nothing at night. That's what's important. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant attached to the first floor where you get a discount when you show your room key. Close to... More

The hotel was not really impressive but it was clean and the staff were friendly which is all we really look for. The location was great, only a few minutes walk from downtown and compared to the price of other hotels in the area, it was a great deal! The pool was out of service for renovations but that didn't... More

Clean, slightly outdated room, in solid location. Outside Noise was not an issue, we did hear the people above us everyone they moved. Ask for a top floor room. We had a very good price and felt we received fair value for the price paid. Many nearby cafes for breakfast.

Clean, basic, close to downtown. We had a bit of street noise, but it was pretty good for Saint Patrick's Day.We liked the view. The services at the hotel were very nice and helpful. The hotel also has a gym and a pool.

Simple, clean rooms with comfortable beds. Was in a room with 2 queens and each room has a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which is a nice addition. The hotel is downtown but on a fairly quiet street at night time. Not much walking traffic. Attached to the hotel is a decent pub and a small lounge which serve good... More

Was our second time staying here. Awesome location, very short walk from restaurants and shops downtown. Clean rooms and was happy to see they had a special rate for island residents. Definitely recommend!

We stayed a Friday and Saturday night. This hotel was great. It was clean and very quiet considering its central location. It was close to downtown, the harbor, bus station, restaurants and shopping. The room we had included a mini fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave and all dishes. We could have made a meal for ourselves if we wanted to.... More

The Quality Inn in downtown Victoria is an exceptionally nice, small hotel which provides very good value and has become our family favourite in the Vancouver area. With the harbour a short walk in one direction, varied international restaurants in another, and the city's concert hall across the street, the hotel is also a convenient drive from beauty spots of... Dear Jon B, Thank you for taking the time to post on Tripadvisor. I am delighted that we are a “family favourite”! While the hotel is near to all shopping, restaurants and downtown attractions I feel that our exceptionally helpful employees are the hotels greatest feature. We certainly are a small hotel with a lot of heart. Great point about... More
