This hotel was an excellent deal in downtown Victoria - very clean and spacious rooms. Steps from downtown restaurants and shops - a couple of blocks from the inner harbour...Also there is free parking,which is a real bonus. Spent 3 nights here during a winter wonderland. Snowed in Victoria! Upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite - best thing we could have done. Large private bedroom with King bed and large TV. nice quiet hotel 2 blocks out of downtown...walking distance to all the sites and sounds of victoria including restaurants, nightclubs, the parliment buildings, the empress, and shopping. rooms were huge and comfy, nice decor and very friendly staff, good comraderie at the desk, maybe family owned? nice swimming pool and hot tub. more

The room was quite large. We had a corner room just above the lobby. The staff was friendly however there were a few problems we got sorted out.
