The hotel is centrally located. It is within minutes of the Bay Centre, Harbourfront, Museum and a lot of great little restaurants. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to each of these places. Our room was cozy. It had a fridge and coffee maker. Since we had to be there the whole week, we took a short 7 minute... more

We just got back from spending the weekend in Victoria over July 4th weekend and chose the Quality Inn downtown based on feedback from others here on Tripadvisor. Although there were other hotels in the area that seemed "more upscale" we chose the Quality Inn based on our needs to have a fridge/microwave (small children) in addition to our budget.... more

Location is very good. Though not as close to harbour as other hotels, it is still a very short walk. We simply wanted a reasonable hotel with a swimming pool for our kids. Rooms were nothing special, but clean, comfortable, and sufficiently spacious (we had 2 queen beds). Swimming pool was smaller than expected, but still fine. The free parking... more

This hotel was an excellent deal in downtown Victoria - very clean and spacious rooms. Steps from downtown restaurants and shops - a couple of blocks from the inner harbour...Also there is free parking, which is a real bonus. One criticism would be that our room had no air conditioning - it was a warm May weekend. The hotel staff borrowed... more

We stayed at this hotel for four days in early November. We had also stayed there in late March in 2004 and had hoped that our stay would be as pleasant. If anything, the hotel has improved. While this hotel doesn't look like much from the outside. The rooms are large and comfortable and kept very clean. The rooms we've... more

Spent 3 nights here during a winter wonderland. Snowed in Victoria! Upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite - best thing we could have done. Large private bedroom with King bed and large TV. THe living room had a double pullout couch, small but modern wonderfully equipped kitchen (convection micro and large fridge), large TV, wireless internet. The standard size hotel... more

The room was quite large. We had a corner room just above the lobby. The staff was friendly however there were a few problems we got sorted out. The night we were due to arrive we knew we wouldn't make it from the US so called to change reservations for arrival next day. Note: room was prepaid for 4 nights.... more
