Got a great deal from Hotels.com and booked this large room with 2 king beds For the price, it was descent and walking distance to downtown Victoria Overall, the entire hotel can be updated with everything but for the location and price. You can't expect too much!

I'm surprised that this motel isn't ranked dead last in Victoria, but it is 57th of 58. A terrible place to stay. No toiletries or towels in the room -- and no coffee in the hotel! I can only assume that they're going out of business. If they aren't, then someone should put them out of business. The place was... More

Bathroom dirty, smoke free rooms smell like smoke, paper towel plugging hole in all and all around creepy. Floors not vacuumed, no cutlery old tube tvs would not recommend staying here. I could go on for days but I'm sure you get the point.

Booked this hotel for a bachelorette party and it worked out perfectly. It was right downtown and the best price for what we needed, which was basically a good location and a place to sleep. The front desk clerk was friendly and wasted no time pointing us toward parking, the ice machine and the elevator. We were really happy with... More

if I were paying under 100 on a busy weekend I may let it slide but we paid over 300 for less than a 48 hr stay. Upon entering noticed dirty hand towel on night stand and thought is that what they use to dust? No towels in bathroom. No coffee pot. The coffee pot they brought didn't work very... More

Traveled to Victoria BC on business and my head office booked this motel on Expedia. When I got there I had a very bad sick feeling. There was mold in the bathroom and only one cheap towel and face towel. There was a big red stain (blood?) on the so called bedspread and the room smelled so bad. The window... More

I was in Victoria for less than 24hrs to catch an early morning ferry from the harbour. I chose this hotel for the price and proximity to downtown. With other comparably priced options in the same area I would never choose to stay here again. It is a tired building with very worn, outdated furniture, stained bedding and linens. Everything... I pity the the front desk clerk who was polite but incompetent or untrained cause he has to go back. Our rooms had no towels, where not well made up and smelled of smoke. Beds were lousy. One room had crack between wall and air conditioner fixed (?) with packing tape. The lasting reminder was itchy feet from the athlete's... More

If I could rate this as a minus 5, I would. Smoke detector was beeping upon arrival so whole unit was taken out and not replaced. Window wouldn't open and air conditioner not cooling. Every time a bus or truck went by the whole room shook. Very hard to get clean towels and enough of them . Had to ask... More

There were bugs in our room. The legs on our bed were broken so it tilted. The lamp was broken so it didn't work. It was not at all clean. The bathroom was disgusting. We had to ask for a blanket since our bed didn't have one. The boys at the front desk, however, were very polite. It would be... More
