While visiting Victoria we went to the hotel were we thought we had a confirmed reservation only to find they hadn't any record of us. Front desk phoned the Royal Scot and we got a good room there. Staff very helpful and we would go back.

Visit Victoria often on business, and normally stay at the Royal Scot, not the best hotel in Victoria perhaps but the combination of location, cleanliness, and a great inhouse restaurant made this a nice place to stay.
