This hotel was awful. Staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating. Terrible location, extremely noisy, outdated rooms. Uncomfortable bed (mine had bedbugs!) Would never stay here again, despite the price.

We needed a clean , comfortable place to stay while we visited relatives, and this place filled the bill. The outside looks pretty old, but the inside has been nicely redecorated. The lady in the office was very friendly, and helpful. Not all rooms have air-conditioning, so if you come in the summer , be sure to request an a/c room.No fridge or... We came in late due to flight delays. Even at that I was pleasantly greeted and gave us our room key. The room was spacious and found everything to work in the kitchenette. That is not always the case I have found at other places.

The hotel is a short drive out of Victoria and easy to find. We received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing that let the room down was the smell of smoke. The room was a non-smoking room with a $200 fine for people that smoke . The... More

An older motel, but great location and very good value . Having travelled for the last few months, I walked into the suite and commented that this was the perfect layout. For very little extra we had a separate bedroom, and lovely sitting room. The kitchenette was very well equipped, with a full size fridge and stove. This would be... More

Our welcome was very warm and the service was friendly. Philip was happy to give advice on where to go (Hecklers comedy club across the road is worth a visit.) The wifi was patchy on my iPhone but OK on a laptop. The room was comfortable and clean and parking was easy. Downtown was easily accessible by bus.

The hydabed had dirty sheets with dirt on the inside, no pillow case on the pillow provided in the closet. Dish clothes were folded up nicely but were dirty and stained, dirty wine glasses, the floor didn't feel very clean either.

Close to walking and biking trails, the Robin Hood has comfortable rooms and very good housekeeping services. Parking my rental car was easy and without extra charges. My suite had an excellent kitchen, supplied with everything I needed to prepare and serve a full meal. A good grocery store is just a few minutes away by car. The bed and... More

Place is fine and you can't expect much of a motel. The location is good, you'll be 5-10 min driving to Downtown. The place smells like old but it doesn't look as old as it smells. The carpets were dirty: my baby daughter was crawling and in just a few minutes her hands and feet were all dirty. So if... More
