Lovely marine view rooms overlooking Inner Harbour. Convenient parking. Close to Empress/Royal BC Museum but far away from traffic noise. Attentive and friendly front desk personnel/housekeeping staff. My sister and I would come back in a heartbeat! We booked our room as a package with Clipper Vacations for an excellent rate.

Stayed four nights at this Hotel while we were visiting Victoria, the beautiful capital of British Columbia, Canada. We stayed in room 433 on the 4th floor (top floor) in the original wing overlooking the harbour and the views were superb. We will ask for the same room again if we re-visit Victoria in the future The hotel is on... More

Great location right on the waterfront, within walking distance to everything in downtown Victoria. Rooms are clean and comfy, if not super fancy. It's the location that makes this place fantastic. Sunsets at the bar are great and service is excellent.

We only had 1 night in Victoria so we wanted something right on the water in the Inner Harbour. Got a fantastic deal at the Inn so wasn't really expecting too much for the price we paid but it was fantastic. The location is perfect - a short walk along the harbour path to both Fisherman's Wharf & the Fairmont... More

You are warmly greeted when you walk in, check in and out service was prompt and efficient. I've stayed here about five times and staff is always friendly and offering assistance. I like a room on the ground floor near the waterfall as I usually bring my little Yorkie, who also gets a warm welcome, bed, biscuits and water bowl.... More

We were fortunate to be able to spend three nights in this beautiful hotel, and only wish it could have been longer. We enjoyed a suite in the Erickson wing, which was incredible. Our patio was huge with lots of patio furniture. Sadly we had no friends to host, but made good use of it ourselves. What's better than wine... More

Short walk from the Coho Ferry and Victoria Clipper and downtown. Our second visit, we treated ourselves to an upgrade to the fifth floor of the new wing. Wide corridors and as an example of attention to detail the ice machine was hidden in its own closet. The glamorous room had a balcony with lounger, chair and table and view over... More

I stayed here recently on a 3 week trip around BC and Alberta. My room was a suite in the new Erikson wing, which can be highly recommended. I was impressed with the Japanese theme in the rooms and the display cases in the corridors, which were most prevalent on the second floor and were a nice touch. The views... More

Overall the hotel is very nice. The scenery is beautiful. The only odd thing was that the patio did not have any patio furniture. I did call the front desk to inquire and I was told that they were aware that the room didn't have patio chairs and that they didn't have any. I am guessing it was because we... More
