I stayed at Harbour Towers for a few nights while attending a scientific conference that took place in the hotel. The hotel is located a short walk from the harbour and downtown Victoria and just one block from the British Columbia Parliament Buildings. My suite was clean and very spacious with bedroom, living room and balcony, and there was a... More

We were given a suite for our two night stay which had all we could have wanted and more and we also had a balcony from which we had a wonderful view over the harbour. The staff at reception were extremely polite and helpful. On our departure the hotel provided a taxi to take us to the bus station, rather... More

Our family has stayed at Harbour Towers around Christmas time for years. It is a comfortable but slightly older property. The views from 75 percent of the rooms are amazing, Victoria is a beautiful city. The furnishings and televisions are nearly antiques. The beds aren't quite as comfortable as some of the newer hotel mattresses available. It's like being at... More

We stayed at this hotel as it was the host hotel for a sports convention - it is right in downtown Victoria on a quiet street with restaurants, the parliament buildings, etc. The rooms are nice although a bit small. We had a balcony at the back but we could see the cruise ships docked. The hotel is a bit... More

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 8th floor with a water view. The view was lovely and the location is great- walking distance to many things. It`s a dated room but had what we needed. The bed mattresses were older and not super comfortable but I did like that the duvet is encased by two sheets so... More

We just enjoyed a wonderful four days at the Harbour Towers. Our room offered an excellent view of the Harbour. It was a large room. Very quiet. Food provided at the conference was excellent. however, breakfast service at Vic's was amazingly awful. Our server was totally 'out of it'! Our order was vaguely attended to - poached eggs were ordered... More

It is what you should expect from an older hotel. The place is kept very clean and the staff is amazing. Vic's is a great place for breakfast and the coffee is strong and hot just the way it should be. Overall a great place to spend some time. and the east and west ballrooms are very nice for large... This past weekend we went to Harbour Towers in Victoria. We used a SocialLiving special and did not know quite what to expect. The special was a Penthouse room for under $155 per night. This was only $30 a night more than we usually find at this hotel and we often find specials. We felt we were always getting our... More

The price was right and location perfect . Somewhat disappointed that our first (2) nights in Victoria were with the view of a roof. Enjoyed a good breakfast . My husband assisted an elderly lady manover her luggage up the marble steps to the elevator as there is no wheelchair ramp and bags must be lifted from the front desk... More

Thank you very much for your feedback; I appreciate you taking the time to share your comments on your most recent stay. I am sorry to read you did not enjoy your view, next time please ask for a “superior” room category, all these rooms face the famed Inner Harbour and the views are worth the price. As for the...
