We stayed in a suite & a single friend had a room in this hotel. Our suite was very reasonably priced & not much more expensive than our friend's room. The rooms come with a free breakfast but don't order off the menu or that will make them mad and you'll get horrible service. Paper thin walls. Hope your neighbor doesn't snore. My advice would be to stay somewhere else.

My Husband and I stayed in May.The Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful .Our room had everything we needed and the hotel had 24hr. laundry which is great when travelling.We didn't need to use our car as downtown was so close.The free breakfast was great.We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends!

This hotel lets you be in the right place to enjoy Victoria.. Staff friendly,rooms were clean and well furnished. Would visit again. The harbour area is where it all happens and you are very close. Clipper docks just down the road.
