Hotel was great, clean and comfortable. the biggest surprise was the entertaining bartenders and their incredible concoctions. Hotel was central close to great shopping dining and other bars. Only 3 blocks to the waterfront.

My son, daughter-in-law, husband and I booked this hotel for one night on a Friday based on the excellent reviews here. We certainly did not regret it! The staff here are very pleasant and helpful - a heads up to Alex! We loved this hotel as well as the location, we could walk everywhere. The waterfront, Chinatown, shopping, good restaurants... The stay was wonderful, we paid for the offsite parking which was legit across the street, also we used the fitness passes we were given which was offsite also but only two blocks away and the gym was good. The hotel gave us a free cheese plate to use between set times, it was delicious we also got a couple... More

We spent 3 days at the Rialto and we're very happy. It has been fully renovated, great Devore and staff. 409 was large and comfortable. 10% discount at adjacent wine store. $10 a dat meal credit is you go green...no maid service. Free breakfast muffin and coffee. A great tapas bar. Walkable to all off old Victoria. Only downside is... More

I wanted to give this hotel a 5 star review - it was nearly perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in April 2014. We arrived very late the first night and were courteously and quickly checked in - with a follow up call to our room ensure that all was as it should be. The room was very clean, tastefully... More

Booked this place based on reviews and a decent rates. Was expecting pretty good and got excellent. Very professional staff. Excellent coffee shop in the lobby. The barista, Jake, is a great guy with excellent tips on other great spots in town. Room was in rear of hotel so no view to speak of but very quiet. I'll be back... More

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of Victoria--so centrally located you are easy to walk anywhere. Staff was overly friendly, the room was gorgeous and had heated tile floors---The attached cafe and restaurant were delicious and the hotel gave you free breakfast at the cafe for each day of your stay, a free cheese plate at the restaurant and... Stayed 1 night - would have loved to stay longer. Friendly, helpful service. The rooms are small but well appointed, super clean and quiet. Parking is across the street and down a block which is a bit inconvenient but if there is space, street parking is free.

We very much appreciated the complimentary cheese platter and voucher for continental breakfast, which were tasty! Further discount available to guests choosing to not require housekeeping service for a given day, thereby a commendable effort for this hotel to be more environmentally conscious as well as pass on savings to their guests should they be interested. Smaller rooms are likely... More

My 20 year old daughter and I stayed here two nights on a Spring Break trip. We had a terrific experience at this charming, boutique hotel. It is rated a 3.5 star. It is not a 4 star, but, an excellent 3.5 for those who prefer the smaller, independent boutique hotel experience over the more generic best western type lodging.... More
