Stayed in a 1 bedroom Penthouse...room is nice but the set up in the bedroom is poor. Balcony was filthy - needs to be painted and cleaned. Our room we could hear the live music from the lounge, too noisy. Staff dont communicate well about when restaurants are open and what they are serving. Wont be back.

This is a very fine hotel with good kitchenette facilities in the rooms. We have stayed here a number of times when visiting our daughter who lives nearby. I spent two nights here in March with two children. I found the service excellent, and the rooms were large and clean. It is an ideal location if you are exploring downtown Victoria.
