This was my second stay at this hotel and it felt a bit like coming home. The hotel is in a great location very close to just about everything. The staff are very helpful and professional. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, but...unpleasant odor nearly everywhere, bathroom needs updating and cleaning (I found three pubic hair in the bathtub). Front desk staff is not well trained and the restaurant needs a good cleaning.

I would love to take the opportunity to once again emphasize the value in our studio (junior) suites. These rooms are only priced $20 more than our standard accommodation and are two and a half times the size. More

Thank you very much for the comments about our hotel. As the reviewer mentions, we are certainly a great fit as an alternative to a steep taxi fair back to the suburbs. Depending on the night, it may in fact be less costly to stay here than to take a taxi to and from Victoria’s downtown. More

Love the location! Close to everything! Felt safe in the area surrounding, even though it is right downtown! Rooms were great in size! We had a full kitchen to work with!

The room was clean and decent although a little small. The staff was quite helpful and ensured that we had everything we needed - even getting something from our car that we had forgotten to grab before they took it (for FREE) to the valet parking. Great location in central Victoria! We walked everywhere for the weekend.
