We've stayed here a few times. It's best features are it's location only 4 blocks from the Empress Hotel and inner harbor and reasonable cost. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. I've stayed at other places in the area that were more expensive and not as comfortable. They have secure parking at a small cost.... More

We happened on the Comfort Inn after finding the prices in the downtown area out of our range for an overnight trip. Room was fine and with breakfast included made it even more appealing. It's a bit of a walk to the waterfront at 2.5km but was nice to get some exercise. Would recommend.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business. It was my first time back to the property in several years back when it was with another chain. There is nothing terrible about the property and in fact there are some redeeming qualities. However, I think most business travelers need reliable and reasonably fast internet connections in order to function. My... More

I myself only live a couple blocks away but my mother had come to town and stayed here as this is where her conference was being held. I was surprised with how much room there was. We were in a standard room with two double beds and there was so much space to move around, ive been in some hotels... More

This past Monday we arrived yet again in beautiful Victoria for business. We were assigned room 455 in the executive tower. Now normally I had suspected that as the room windows face Blanchard Street there would be a considerable amount of traffic noise. However, to my pleasant surprise it was barely noticeable and had a great sleep. So glad Comfort... More

While the hotel itself was a bit on the shabby side and therefore a bit overpriced, the help we received from the front desk made our stay in Victoria a success. The rooms were small and dark and had not been refreshed in quite sometime as evidenced by the red carpet and gold drapes that were somewhat worn. The bath... More

This was a pretty good hotel in Victoria. Pros: The rooms were comfortable, good sized. The rooms were clean, even sheets and towels. The free breakfast was really good. They had 2 types of batter for the waffles: regular and maple/cinnamon, the last was of course, amazingly delicious! Lots of vegetarian options too. The size of the breakfast room was... More

Just average. Nothing fancy about it. They do have a good bar attached to the hotel with pretty good food. The rooms are comfortable but nothing to write home about. The mall is right across the street which is nice. It's about a ten minute drive to downtown. Staff was friendly but a little slow at the desk. All in... More
