My husband and I travelled to Victoria on the ferry from Port Angeles in August and stayed at Abigail's for one night. It was a pleasant walk from the ferry even with overnight bags in tow. I only wish we could have stayed longer. We've stayed in many B&Bs over the years and this one, by far, is the most... More

One of the best sleeps I've ever had! The bed and sheets were amazing. The bathrobes were amazing. I don't know...all I can say is this is a fantastic place. A particularly nice touch was the board games on offer. We played scrabble and chess, and had a great time with both. Also, breakfast was terrific. As were the various... More

We first stayed here in 1991 before we were married, and have been back time after time. Not much has changed, the rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. TV and Wifi have been added for those folks that can't spend 24 hours without staring into their palms or screens, we choose to spend the time in more romantic pursuits. The... More

We had a fantastic stay at Abigails for our anniversary. The people were amazing. The food was great - Matt does a fantastic job! We arrived and were given a tour before being escorted to our room. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The breakfasts were different each day and were very tasty and filling. The evening snacks... More

Definitely the nicest B&B I've ever stayed in. High end everything! I loved the bed but the tub/shower was to die for. I had 2 showers a day it was so great. The service and attention to detail was beyond anything I have ever experienced before. Breakfast was served as if you were in a high end restaurant. Fresh everything.... More

We really enjoyed our first visit to Abgail's. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk is prepared with maps and directions to all the amenities that Victoria offers. It is a ten minute walk to the Inner Harbour, Royal Museum and Govt Street. Our room was immaculate and very tastefully decorated - we loved the working fireplace.... More

Everything was flawless. Check-in was easy and the desk staff was so helpful. My room was amazing. Small sitting area with wood burning fire place, large bathroom with jetted tub, king size bed, gorgeous southern facing windows. My room was very quiet. The fresh baked cookies on my bed with the handwritten welcome was very nice. Free wifi in my... More

This hotel understands the meaning of the word "guest". Prior to arrival we received an email to remind us of our stay and to offer assistance in booking anything we might need. The driving instructions were spot on and we arrived without getting lost. The staff immediately whisked our luggage upstairs and provided us with a map and listing of... More

We recently spent one night in this delightful B&B. As their website puts it, Abigail's blurs the lines between a small luxury hotel and a heritage bed-and-breakfast Inn. Located in a quiet street, this "boutique B&B hotel" offers cozy comfort, cheerful and helpful staff, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and fresh-baked cookies, an excellent cooked-to-order breakfast and nicely appointed rooms with comfortable... I decided to treat myself to a birthday trip to Victoria. I have heard from many friends that it is beautiful, which I found true, and researched hotels using several services including TripAdvisor. I decided on Abigail’s based on the consistently positive reviews. It is a small converted apartment building that is sort of a cross between a hotel and... More
