Wonderful experience! Charming room with all amenities. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Dining was elegent and excellent. We agree that the Empress will be the only hotel for us when visiting Victoria.

An amazing experience staying here. Charming hotel, high ceilings, large rooms. The staff were excellent, always up for a chat and willing to cater for any requests. The hotel itself was beautiful! From the exterior to the interior, it screamed elegance and charm. Without a doubt will visit again.
