We loved the Empress Hotel and hope to return again. Not only is the hotel beautiful but so are the people who work there. Particularly the Gold Staff! They were so kind, friendly, and enjoyable to be around, they made sure that we had everything we needed and every question answered. They made us feel like royalty.

It just doesn't get any better. Staff Incredible. Everything top notch. If you like a beautiful setting and history-this is it. We had a deluxe room on the Gold floor-lounge had beautiful views and a great breakfast-not just continental. Lovely bar in the Bengal room and good food but the Empress Room is elegant.
