Can't really complain, half way between a hotel and a hostel with room service which is great. We had a great time here the beds were really comfy and the tv had decent channels The only tiny thing is that the bathrooms are at the end of the corridor so it's awkward at night but it's not really an issue... If you don't want to catch scabies then do not go to this hotel! Myself and 9 friends stayed at this hotel for 8 nights for spring break. During the stay we thought it was a good hotel for the money. There are shared private bathrooms and two additional toilets. This didn't bother us too much as we are used... More

Great little hotel, well-priced.... the perfect place for locals to 'get a room', if you know what I mean (when there's no privacy to be had at home) and the rooms/beds were surprisingly good. Only problem : had to walk down to the end of the hall to use a shared bathroom.... not always fun at 3am, but I guess,... More

A cute hotel that's close to so much! The staff is friendly and the beds are SO comfortable. You share a bathroom, but that was no big deal for us and we never had to wait on the toilet or shower. The hotel is close to a bunch of restaurants and shops, and only a few blocks from the Sky... More

We stayed for a week when we first moved to Vancouver, and it was a great place to be based while we established ourselves. The place is great value and only a short walk to the center of town. The bathrooms are shared but they're always clean and tidy. Also there is a shared kitchen which again is clean and... More

We stayed for 2 nights and I think that would be my limit. The rooms were fairly clean and the location is not too bad. The shared bathrooms and showers were okay, couldve been cleaner. I'm glad we had backpacks because those stairs are a killer. Staff at the front desk were really nice, helped me print out some tickets... More

The location is good (downtown), but the building is old, dark, with no elevator. So if you have big luggages, ask them to stay on first floor. The staff is very kind and friendly. The room is average: small, a little dark, comfortable bed, TV, fridge, wardrobe, big window (without good view - to the street), and a washbasin. It´s... More

I stayed here 3 nights a week for 3 months and cannot say how impressed i was. OK, so it's not a top class hotel, but for $40 out of season and $60 at peak in a downtown central location it is a steal. The rooms were basic but always clean and the staff were very friendly. I wouldn't say... More

I just wanted a cheap single room for one night. I paid 84 CDN which didn't seem cheap, but probably was good value for downtown Vancouver. It was a clean basic room with a comfortable bed, TV, fridge, basin, and wi-fi. Bathroom and WC are down the corridor - quite a long walk from some rooms. The bathrooms are clean... More

I really liked this place. It was fun...prices normally around $89 per night plus tax...if you go to booking.com you can often get a rate of $59. For downtown Vancouver that is an outstanding rate. The only thing that is a non refundable rate. I asked them to change the dates and they did that for me at no extra... More
