Great staff, very helpful, friendly, they let me stay for an extended time. I got it together at this place and ended up living in vancouver for awhile. These folks will help a weary traveler for sure and the muffins were good.

My husband and I just had a short stay in Vancouver and needed somewhere cheap and comfortable to stay the night. Here are the pros and cons to this hostel. LOCATION: *Awesome - close to Granville *Close to Downtown *Close to the water (you can hire bikes down there to ride around Stanley park) *There are some good clothing shops... More

A hostel offering a two bed dorm is a rare experience, so it was a blessing that I found this place. Some of the staff are very friendly, but all of them are helpful. The breakfast muffins are huge. Not the best accommodation, but by no means the worst. Excellent location, you can walk to the fun parts of Vancouver.

Room is small for two. My roommate says it was just like staying in a prison. The prison don't have a heater, so it was quite cold. Luckily we asked the reception to provide us a radiator which it did. The light was very dim. And the bunk bed squeak a lot. There is no proper locker for storage except... More

Just stayed here the 1 night, but some of the reviews are a bit harsh. It's very cheap and located right in the heart of downtown which is a major plus. Room was clean, building itself was absolutely fine and the bathroom was ok as well. It's not as good as the HI hostels or Samesun, but for what you... More

My friend and I were visiting Vancouver and wanted somewhere cheap to stay for a few nights. And cheap was what we got. A sweltering hot room (the outside temp was only a high of 14 degrees...), mattress springs digging into our backs, bathroom stall doors that wouldn't lock, a mouse trap in the corner of our room (although it...
