On the rooms and location we would definitely agree with the other reviews. However, people should be aware that the B&B is presently up for sale and that this seems to have had a very negative affect on Inara's hospitality. We had planned to stay five nights, but had to return a day earlier than planned for work reasons. Even... more

Kitsilano is a great place to base yourself for a visit to Vancouver. It's a quiet neighbourhood with excellent facilities (organic supermarket, bookstores, coffee shops, all kinds of shopping) and its own big outdoor swimming pool, beach and outstanding views of the city and mountains beyond. Inara was a great host - on our first night she provided us with... more

This is a wonderful place to stay in Vancouver. The Kitsilano area is full of grand houses in a quiet leafy suburb, yet within a five minute walk of 4th Avenue where you can find restaurants and shops, and a fast bus into downtown. Camelot Inn is a beautiful house run by a lovely, helpful lady called Inara. She has... more

I booked a room in the Camelot for some friends who were visiting Vancouver. They (and I) were quite pleased with the accommodation. The bedroom was beautifully furnished, the bathroom spacious and modern. Everything was very clean. The common areas were also beautiful. The Camelot is in a historic home - 80-90 years old - with a lot of character.... more

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in September 2007. We booked it on the strength of the reviews on this site and it met all our expectations. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent. There are lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. nearby (5 mins walk), as well as an organic supermarket. The... more

The Camelot Inn was as it has been reviewed by TripAdvisor guests. Beautiful, spacious, immaculate with keen attention to the smallest details. We had one of the excellent suites - all that was available when we called to reserve - and so, didn't have a chance to enjoy the food. We reserved by email a week in advance and were... more

We have to echo all the other reviewers who loved the Camelot. It is a world apart from almost all other B&B's we have stayed in -- which is a lot.. Inara is an excellent host and if you are there more than a night she soon becomes your friend. She told us the story of how she came to... more

We stayed in the Eden room at the Camelot Inn in July 2006 for three nights. This inn is located in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver and we found it to be the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood yet two blocks from restaurants and shops and a very efficient bus system which will take you anywhere in downtown Vancouver.... more

Camelot Inn is the most charming and welcoming B&B I have ever been to. Its exquisite location, warm and welcoming hosts, and lovely rooms and suites only added up to our holiday experience. Mrs. Inara is very flexible with arranging check-in and check-outs to make everything as convinient for her guests as possible. We tried booking a room very late... more
