The place was in the centre Vancouver. The staff were very helpful and could answer any questionsi had. The satff was a mix of locals and from all around the world, so I felt very at home. A good location, with a bar and good restaurant downstairs. Password for the door changed daily for safety. Towels are available for hire, linen supplied. Free wifi and cheap computers to hire. The staff at the samesun are very friendly and can help you out with anything you may need. The hostel was clean but could probably do with some maintanence. The rooms are pretty small so feel a bit crowded as are the common areas. It is located in downtown Vancouver, full of homeless, so expect them to be hanging around... more
