I was expecting a lot more after reading the description and looking at the pictures. Bed was not as comfy, and washroom was very small and outdated. A good thing was the kitchenette was not right beside the bed and it included a fridge and microwave. The best part of the hotel was the amenities since it was apart of... More

We spent a night at the Auberge in order to attend an event at the Convention Centre on the Saturday. The Auberge is very centrally located downtown and is within walking distance of just about everything (waterfront, Convention Centre, Stanley Park, downtown shopping). The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We had a... More

I stayed in 903 which is an executive suite with separate living room and desk area. Comfortable. Quiet. Views of the city were amazing. No restaurant but plenty are within walking distance. A more intimate stay than the Pan Pacific which I also enjoy very much.

Hello, Thank you for your recent review of The Auberge and we are very pleased you had a comfortable stay with us. As you pointed out, we do not have a restaurant since we are a small boutique hotel; however, we hope that you were able to enjoy a continental breakfast located in Le Salon during your stay. And hopefully... More

The Auberge is a very nice hotel in downtown Vancouver, close to shopping, restaurants and the ferry. The hotel is quiet, the room large and well furnished. If there is a downside, it is the lack of dining facilities. Although there are restaurants close by, when arriving very late from the airport following a cross-country flight, room service would be... More

Hello, Thank you for your recent review. There are very few boutique hotels that can boast a location such as ours; we hope you were able to enjoy some of the excellent dining and shopping venues located just outside our doors. We regret that you arrived late and could not find suitable dining options; while we do not provide room... More

Stayed friday night last week. Although you are at the centre of the city, the stay was quiet and comfortable and very civilized. Check in was quick and I was up and in my room very early. You get access to the Terminal City club gym and pool which is as nice as any hotel I've stayed at. The room... More

I stayed at the Auberge a few years back, when it was still the terminal city club. I was visiting the city for a convention at the Canada place. I found our room to be very clean and tidy. We had a beautiful view of west Hastings from our room. While I was only able to stay two nights and... More

We checked in on Sunday, and parked our car(Parking was 36$ per night) There weren't that many people, and when we booked it there wasn't any note that the pool and fitness centre will be closed on Holiday(which was the next day). They provides breakfast 7-10, but the quality wasn't great and they weren't that manyoptions to choose! We reserved... More

Hello, Thank you for your recent review. We regret that you were not able to use the fitness facility during BC Statutory Holiday. The complimentary breakfast which we offer has much in the way of variety: cereal, yogurt, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee and tea as well as milk and juice; in fact, we receive many rave reviews... My wife and I stayed at Auberge Vancouver for several nights over two visits last summer. (Meant to put this review up on TripAdvisor earlier but completely forgot so apologies for delay). Auberge is an unpretentious, modern, "boutique", downtown property in a superb close-to-the harbour location. I has more of a "pensione" - style atmosphere (which suited us perfectly) although... I'm not a winger but the staff at this hotel were out right unprofessional. Checking in the guy on concierge was short with us, flippant, didn't offer to help with our 4 bags and just wanted to get back to talking to his friends. The gym was closed during our stay. The breakfast provided was just in a spare hotel... More

Known formerly as Terminal City hotel. The Terminal City Club is still housed in the same building, but ties with the hotel have been mostly cut off. As a result, breakfast is now in a 'lounge' (3 combined hotel rooms) and is really basic. Access to the Terminal City Bar is now restricted to Club members and hotel guests can... More
