Stayed here during a very hot August. Air conditioning worked very well and room had wonderful view over Stanley park. Staff very helpful and hotel well positioned for good eating places. Would definitely stay there again. more

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in July 2004 and were very glad to leave. The rooms are adequate, with good facilites which even included a washing machine. This is one of the nearest, reasonably priced hotels to Stanley Park, and that alone makes it a wonderful place to stay IMHO. If you enjoy urban exlploring but need a natural refuge nearby to recharge/reconnect, then this is an excellent option. Four of us spent 3 nights in one of the presidential suites (2 bedroom) at the Lord Stanley in late October 2002. The Lord Stanley is located very close to the harbor and one entrance to Stanley Park.
