The hotel is almost above one of Vancouver's new subway stations, on the line which connects directly to the airport, which is very handy. The staff were friendly, greeted guests as they came and went, had good tips and advice. A very friendly, casual tone. We celebrated our anniversary by staying in one of the Executive Suites, and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at the Opus. The staff were prompt, good-humoured, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The Opus hotel is located in the center of downtown Vancouver.
