Seems every trip to Opus in Vancouver is uniformly perfect. Any minor glitch that has ever occurred has been taken care of promptly and professionally by the friendly staff. Everything from the valet car attendant to the person I met at check-out was courteous and friendly. Bravo! More

Great vibe, super comfortable room (deluxe king), loved the heated washroom floor. The Hello Kitty pez dispenser left by house-keeping was a very nice touch. The lounge was also very happening both Friday and Saturday nights. Will visit again. Only problem was the shades had gaps between them so didn't completely keep the sun out in the morning. More
