I stayed at this hotel for two nights with one of my co-workers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean but very small.. not recommended for families with children. The wifi worked great. They also had a small breakfast buffet which was ok. Overall, the stay at this hotel was satisfactory but wouldn't recommend... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night during our trip to Vancouver. We went for the cheapest room as we just needed a place to stay, and otherwise would be running around town. Both customer service reps we dealt with, as well as the bellhops, were very friendly and helpful. They were willing to store our luggage early... More

Very friendly staff. The room was nice enough, but rather small. Regular air conditioning was not working, so there was a small loud stand alone unit that didn't work very well. Nice location. Overall.....Ok.

Stayed a couple of nights here. Nice and simple lobby area. Room was ok. View was of a dumpy yard and furniture was dusty. No bikes to use because they were "in the shop" as well as the shuttle. Hmm? Close to all areas we wanted to explore. Free wine tasting was nice and the bell boys were very nice... More

Stayed Aug 13-15 2014. Room was clean with lots of windows which was a plus. For the price it's good and ideally located near Yaletown. Robson and Gastown are about 15 minute walks. Everything in downtown and Granville is located nearby. BE AWARE....on the website they advertise cruiser bikes and a BMW shuttle for guests. The bikes were not in... More

We have visited Vancouver several times over the years, (usually for event related visits e.g. Expo, hockey games, Gray Cup, and conventions), but this was the first post retirement visit with tourism as the focus. Thus we we're very happy to have this hotel indicated by friends very close to the action but quiet and comfortable without any rush. Close... More

This was a great little hotel to stay for the few days we were in Vancouver. A short walk from the Granville Island Ferry and the Seawall that can walk all the way up to Stanley Park! We had a great view also, our window was overlooking the highway but the noise was very minimal. The room was fairly small... More

On behalf of our entire team, thank you for taking time to review your stay with us. I have shared your breakfast comments with the team in the restaurant. I know they have been working hard to offer alternative menu items based on guest requests and comments. We are pleased to see that this has had a positive impact on... More

We stayed at this hotel for seven nights. I am physically disabled and use a combination of crutches in a wheelchair to get around. I alerted the hotel to this way in advance when I made my reservation. The first room they put us in was too small to even negotiate the wheelchair around, and they deemed this as accessible.... I apologize that the room was not adequately set up for your needs and we have sent your concerns along to our owners for consideration in the next renovations, especially to the bathrooms, to allow for better wheelchair access. We hope that despite these difficulties, that you were able to enjoy the majority of your stay, both in the hotel... More

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights at the end of July 2014. Surprisingly, they gave us a 2 bedroom condo complete with kitchen, refrigerator, and washer/dryer, so for the couple of hundred bucks we paid per night it was quite a good deal. We were expecting a regular hotel room. The staff was very nice and helpful.... More

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and appreciate the comments to other travelers about how to save money on the tours. We have been experiencing a heat wave here in Vancouver for the past couple of weeks which has been challenging for the air conditioning system in a city not accustomed to it. With mixed feelings,... Room was small. There was no restaurant as advertised. Old food in fridge. From the US and room was put on Visa as a hold, paid with my Debit card. Asked at check out to make sure Visa not charged, assured it would not be. I was charge almost another 1/3 of my stay cost on my Visa. Visa took... More
