Stayed one night in the Sheraton Wall Centre before checking into Club Intrawest. Sheraton staff very helpful and said they would move our bags from the hotel room to Club Intrawest while we were out, which they did. We were disappointed by the size of the unit. We went skiing in Whistler and wanted to see some of Vancouver before we went. Intrawest (who pretty much own Whistler) were quick to recommend the Club in Vancouver for obvious reasons...they own it too. So, if arranging your ski-trip through intrawest its very convenient. I work in sales in the hotel industry, and have seen many a hotel during my time. My work had arranged a night stay over the weekend. In retrospect, the warning signs of inadequate management and poor service were there even as I researched this property. Finding a phone number for the Vancouver Intrawest was difficult. The room we stayed in was spectacular. Club Intrawest has bought floors 28, 29, and 30 of the Sheraton Wall Center and has provided floor to ceiling windows throughout for a magnificent view of Vancouver.
