Spent a Saturday night here in December. I found a great deal on Hotwire and scored a room for less than $65. The best thing about this Comfort Inn is the location. It is right in the middle of the Granville Entertainment District. Vancouver nightlife is just outside the door. Though the area near the hotel is a little seedy.... More

Truly a gem in the downtown. The rooms are newly appointed and refurbished. The automatic doors welcome you as you arrive as does the fireplace when you check in. Book so that you get free parking and the big breakfast included. The pub downstairs, a myriad of restaurants and shopping close by will keep you busy - if you want.... More

I found this hotel almost by accident on my last trip to Vancouver. The rate was a bargain. Location was great--right in the heart of the city with dozens of restaurants within a few blocks. The room was clean and neat. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Wi-fi worked well in our room. There is an additional charge for parking,... More

This was a really good stay. I pre-booked several months in-advance and had a great rate. The location is fabulous with parking for 24hrs - so I was able to stay parked in the hotel's parking lot for most of the day AFTER I had checked out in the morning. (I was able to go sight seeing without having to... More

The good: Nice clean room, comfy beds, safe in the room, good water pressure in the shower, toiletries, right downtown near everything, excellent full breakfast with scones, muffins, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, granola, fruit, adjacent parking, friendly staff, good value for the money The bad: right downtown, so very noisy on a Fri night when the bars let out at... We stayed at the Comfort Inn Vancouver BC over Presidents' Day weekend. I made reservations via Hotel.com during a flash sale. For $61.25 plus taxes per night, not only did we get upgraded to a double queen bed room with a sofa bed(we were traveling with our 13 year old), but we also got free parking (regularly $20/day) and free... I've stayed here a few times on business, but I now stay elsewhere. Here's why: Pros - It's a great location, so I kept hoping the issues would iron out, but they haven't... Cons - The internet barely works. They need to upgrade it in a big way to match the number of guests. Useless for a business trip. Housekeeping... More

A few friends and I visit vancouver quite often, and we always like to try out new hotels. We had run into a few problems with our room and the front staff were very polite but when we decide we needed to talk to management, the owner/ manager was very rude and called me "stupid" for not understanding what he... I reserved this hotel by accident. There is a 654 Nelson St. in Richmond, BC also. So it was going to cost $200 to cancel my reservations, so I just stuck it out. The hotel is located nicely, to walk to shopping and restaurants in the downtown area. There was also an Irish Pub located on the bottom floor of... More

The location is convenient but when I stepped out to walk 3 blocks, I was asked for money by at least 10 beggars, The area is scummy to say the least, also since the hotel has a bar attached to it, I had to listen to a bunch of drunk idiots party on the street below late until the evening....
