We stayed in a King suite which was spacious and had a separate bedroom, living room with fireplace and a small kitchen. The wifi worked well and the room was very clean. We had the same desk clerk for check in and check out. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location close to everything. The... We returned to this hotel for the second consecutive year. We arrived quite late and the room was very hot. No chance of opening the window as the room overlooked a hostel. The room was a good size, in good condition and very clean. When the A/C eventually kicked in (a warm day in April) the room was a lot... More

Dont expect to much. But expect enough for its value. This Hotel is in the middle of Downtown just arround the corner from all the shopping and restaurants. The rooms are old, and the shower and all this ammenties could be renovated. But for what you pay its more than enough. The staff is nice, people are always friendly and... More

Awesome beds, nice hotel bar, walking distance to good food and the hockey rink. What more could you want?? We had a kingsize bed room on the first floor, although the construction outside was a little annoying everything else was great.

We stayed at this hotel on our second last night in the city. We knew we would be checking in late and checking out early so the price attracted us. The rooms are on the small side, but all four of us managed to fit. I was surprised no breakfast was included since we had just come from comfort inn... More

Valentines get away. Booked in advance right. By 4 months. Had to wait 2 an half hours for my room to be ready. When check in is at 3pm. That was stupid. My queen suite Was a shoebox. You could hardly move in there. The bed was the room. Make sure you tell doolins in the restaurant that you are... More

At first, I was surprised by the need to pay for overnight parking - after all, shouldn't motel parking be included in one's accommodation fees? Nevertheless I shrugged the surprise off and went on with my stay. The room was small, but clean and well appointed. Completely fine considering the price and our purposes. Then things started to go bad.... More

We spent two nights in this hotel ( 4 people and 1 dog) with completely different experiences on each night. The first night (a Monday) we experienced exceptionally loud noise either from a nightclub nearby or the pub below our room. This went on until at least 1am (great if you are a party animal too, but not so great... More

Went from the Four Seasons to here, which I thought would be a major letdown but I was actually quite pleased. Of course my expectations were what they were for the price point and star level of the hotel but they did well. It was clean, quiet and of good service. They upgraded me to a higher floor with a...
