The Sandman was more than we bargained for ! We needed a hotel close to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and were so happy with our choice ! The location was fantastic , the room was a great size, well appointed, clean and modern. We ate at the pub & Moxie's and both were great ! Parking was secure and we... More

We loved this hotel, It is well placed for exploring a lovely city. Only grumble was the $20 a night to garage the hire car, which we thought a bit steep Otherwise absolutely no complaints, and a lovely pool and hot tub.

We are two women that were looking for a safe hotel in the city center where we could access public transportation or walk to the various neighborhoods, resturants and shopping. The Pros: The location was perfect for our needs. The view of the bay and North Vancouver from our 11th floor room was amazing. The beds were comfortable, great shower,... More

We booked a room with a king bed on the 10th floor- the room was nice and equipped with, Kisong Bed, 2 person sofa, television, frig, and coffee making facilities. The management left us a gift basked ot tasty foodstuffs which was really appreciated. We paid $179 for the room which for us is top of the range. The room was... More

We stayed here for one night last week...... Thankfully it was only one! The room was average at best, and as it was situated in the corner of the 7th floor was a very odd shape. The bedroom was a weird L shape, which is no real issue in itself, but the bathroom was unbelievably tiny. You could barely fit... More

The room was standard. However the windows on the 10th floor didn't close properly. It was noisy and the elavators were painfully slow. We has food in our room for our 4 days stay and the room cleaners threw it out On the first day! That was annoying . Good value for money and great location to our venue but... More

Our stay here was good apart from the fact we were offered a quiet room that wasn't. We are not sure what it was but we think an extractor fan. It sounded so much like a helicopter that is what we thought it was. It cut in and out randomly. We ate at the restaurant and diviner was excellent. There... More

Saw the Van Halen / Kool & the Gang show at Rogers Arena 5/7/12. Stayed for the night before and that night there. Excellent location. About 15 minutes or so walk from the City Centre Station of the rail line from the airport, a few minutes walk around the corner to the arena/stadium complex, across the street from the Queen... It's ok , I had to call and ask for wifi, never told me that we had to use our room key to operate the elevator. For some odd reason there was alot of street people outside the entrance. BUT it was clean

We found this hotel the worst we stayed in Canada, we had an air conditioner out side our room that sounded like a truck reving up every 5 sec when we complained a maintaince man came to see and said it was due to the restaurant and after we were allotted another room 3 floors up....no one was sent to...
