We were 3 hrs early so took the room tht was available, front desk told us tht it might be a ltl noisy due to street....liked tht approach.....Cheryl was excellent in providing the top notch customer service....will definitely go there.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. I love the location, close to Granville Island,walkable, bus out to UBC, VGHospital and downtown. West side location with out the cost of the other side of the bridge. Close to BC Place and Rogers Arena for taxi.

Clean, friendly, convenient. Location is great. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, housekeeping staff were friendly and breakfast was very good as well. Had a room on the 6th floor and it was very comfortable with a spectacular view.

Clean, pleasant, no-frills hotel . Excellent location : near skytrain and frequent buses. Short walk to seawall and lovely bike/pedestrian path with spectacular view of false creek and mountains. 15 min walk to granville island. Many stores and restaurants in the area. Location to hospital is great. Rooms were ok...nothing special but average. Biggest complaint is having my drivers licence photocopied. I have stayed at dozens of hotels and have NEVER had this done. When i asked the manager about this i was told it was manditory and could not stay unless i agreed to tis. Very rude manager.
