Good, simple, but well kept budget hotel. 3 good nights of sleep on a business trip. Breakfast, simple but efficient included. Returned a few times and always a good experience with friendly staff, both at the front and with cleaning personnel.Easy in and out of town in a range of directions

This hotel is close enough for us when we visited Vancouver. This was our first trip to Vancouver. The beds seemed a bit smaller than the US Days Inn hotels. Breakfast was good. This hotel is near to some of the shops. They do have a "garden" between the buildings but there was not much to see in November. I... More

Room was dark, too tiny washroom and the smell of sheet and pillows was weird! When we checked in, the staff was nice and friendly, but as we checked out, the staff was with a stone face and terrible attitude!

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our rooms are approximately 250 square feet and I agree the washrooms are small. The energy efficient light bulbs do take a minute to warm up but there are 2 bed side lamps a desk lamp, closet light, there should be plenty of light in our rooms. Again,... More

Room #103 was spacious enough for me, although there was a lot of noise leakage through the door and lots of foot traffic because the room is so close to the front. I appreciated the fridge & microwave. The staff was helpful when I had questions about the area. The complimentary breakfast had reasonable variety but was very carb-heavy. Many... More
