Considering how frequently the Internet drops off in this room (7th floor), I'd be surprised if this review goes through. Right now I'm teetering off the edge of my bed but I'm afraid to move anywhere else lest my connection drops off again.
Ended up booking here only because the Marriott was full and all other hotels were almost $400/night....

It's usable. If you have to attend a wedding or a conference here, there's nothing wrong with it. The room was ok, reasonable size, and had the basics. It was just very bland. Location was good, you could walk to the ferry to Granville Island.

Most expensive and least impressive hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room wasn't cleaned very well to start with. There was crumbs all over the floor and hairs in the bathtub. The hotel is a middle of the road type of place. Location is good. Rooms are fine--just nothing special. In sum, convenient and fairly priced.

Stayed with two children and despite long-time booking we were on separate floors (6&7). When I asked front desk if they could put us on the sme floor, I just got a shrug and a "no".
As for Executive rooms - tiny is the word, old fashioned TV, musty (at best) smelling room that eventhe cleaner had left the window...

We were in an acceptable room but quite noisy due to lift proximity. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible but had limited Accomodation choices for guests due to overrunning works.
