The Hotel is located in a great location. The city is easy to drive around and the hotel is centrally located, with a secure parking garage. The hotel staff was knowledgable and friendly. The suites are a generous size and comfortably furnished. The beds and are comfortable and the linens fresh. Free wi-fi in the rooms and free breakfast. The... More

Very nice clean hotel - hey its a Hampton Inn they do that!. The bed was great - I did eat in the resturant attached not sure if they own it but it was excellent. The free breakfast was a delite and the lady making all the magic happen was friendly and a delite to deal with. The garge was... More

After my first night at the Vancouver Airport Hilton, I moved downtown. As I had to self fund the weekend in between business stays, I stayed at the Hampton Inn, partly because it was cheap, partly because I wanted the Hilton points, and partly because it was convenient for the NHL at Rogers Arena. Despite an early arrival, I was... More

Good location, good free breakfast and free wifi. Had a king suite and it was very comfortable. Only downfall is the construction next door but that was not too bad except when they started early. More

We stayed here fro 2 nights with 2 children in a room with 2 queen beds. It was very clean with coffee machine and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Breakfast was also very good especially the make your own waffles. The staff were very helpful with directions and organising transport to the airport for us. The hotel... More

This was an excellent value Hotel. We stayed here in July 2011 and it was a convenient location just next to Yaletown. It is walking distance to Gastown and Stanley Park, which we really enjoyed. There were a few drug addicts wandering around this part of town, but we didn't feel unsafe. The free breakfast was quite good too. I... More

I booked two rooms and travelled with friends from Seattle for a one night break in Vancouver. The weather wasn`t kind but the hotel more than made up for it and I was really delighted with our choice. I have stayed in countless Hamptons throughout the USA and this was easily the finest. On arrival we were upgraded to a... More

As first-time visitors to Canada (from Australia), we were most impressed with Hampton Inn Downtown. The hotel is well situated close to many shops and eating places and so close to BC Place and Rogers Arena where our son and daughter went to a Canucks match. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, the breakfast was very good with a... More

Arrived at the hotel, and was checked in fairly fast by Front Desk. I arrived to find an awkward, disturbing sight in the jetted tub. Four small pubic hairs remained from the last guests. I bought a frozen ice-cream pie from the Keg for a birthday and put it in the freezer. Unfortunately the hotel had a scheduled power outage... More

Dear Thor_Odinsson, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay in December. I am pleased to hear that you continue to stay at our hotel when visiting Vancouver, but am extremely disheartened to learn that your birthday cake melted on your most recent visit. On December 6th, BC Hydro performed a two hour power shutdown to our hotel for annual... More
